- Q: I have one of those sealed battery/jumpstart boxes that I use to jumpstart a car when the battery dies. This is what I normally do to jumpstart a battery.1) I plug the batterypack into a wall outlet, let it charge overnight.2)The jumpstart box has a red and black clamp that I place on each terminal of the battery.3) The jumpstart box has a dial that once everything is clamped onto the battery, I turn the dial to jumpstart and then start the car.4) After car is started, I turn the dial off, remove the clamps from the battery and Im done.My QUESTION is as follows. I have been working on my car for over a month and the battery has been out of the car. At this stage, Im almost positive that the battery will almost if not completely dead.Is it ok for the car battery to remove it from the car completely, hook up the clamps to it from the jumpstart box, turn the dial over to jumpstart and just let the battery charge?If Yes, how long should i leave them on.ty
- you need to install the battery, then jump it and take the car out if the battery is still good they charge themselves as you drive.

- Well, the cooler is sooooooooooooo NOT neccessary. Believe me, I heard stories about the melting of the Intercooler. Just keep your Xbox in an open space that's not too dusty. One thing that IS neccessary is, definitely, the Play and Charge Kit (if that's what you meant by rechargable battery pack). I guess a few used games so you won't die of boredom.

- Yeah you need that to use the controller. You can buy a charging kit for it which comes with a rechargeable battery pack. But it won't work without it because it's wireless and it need some sort if power to work

- No you can't, your battery will short out.
- Q: I already know why because I put in new batteries and it wouldn't come on. On the back where they have a little metal piece mine isn't up all the way it went back so i had to tamper with it until i got it working again and it only does it when is lets loose or when i take the battery pack out and my white remote sucks because my little brother would get mad and throw it on the bed or hit it hard when i killed him on COD Black Ops.
- Well if it's the rechargeable pack it might've died/broken. They last about 3-4 years, when their time comes they eventually ware out and don't work. Buy some new ones

- Q: I have an xbox recharger cord, battery pack, and energizer e2 recharger batteries but the batteries don't seem to be recharging! When I connect the cord, xbox, and controller to recharge the batteries, there isn't a red light to indicate that its charging and either way, it doesn't seem to be charging. - Are you trying to recharge Energizer rechargeable batteries with the Xbox 360 play and charge kit? That won't work. the play and charge kit will only recharge the Xbox 360 rechargeable battery pack. You will need to use the Energizer battery charger to charge AA batteries. To see why this is: Look in the Xbox 360 wireless controller battery slot. there are two sets of contacts in there. the ones at the bottom are for the AA batteries and the ones in a row about 1/3 of the way from the bottom are for the Xbox battery pack. only the battery pack contacts are connected to the play and charge plug. they did this so people don't accidentally create a dangerous condition by connecting the play and charge kit to a controller with non-rechargeable AA batteries.
