Drawn Cup Needle Roller Bearing :
The outer ring of drawn cup needle roller bearing is punched with the high-quality steel sheet. The outer ring has thin wall. The drawn cup needle roller bearing has the characterstics of small radial section area, large load carring capacity ,less inertia and economic manufacture. It is suitable for small section heght, or when the housing bore isnot used for raceway , this type is recommended to use .The bearing is assembled into the housing bore under a certain pressure without fu rther axial location.
The draw up needle roller bearing generally takes its shaft diameter as the internal raceway .However , the proper LR type inner ring can be used in accordance with application condition.

- Q:I've been using just reds for a long time now and I think it's time to upgrade hah. Are bones swiss bearings much smoother and faster than just reds?
- Just get the Bone swiss. As long as You movin you good! Btw My friend makes bearings faster then bone swiss. He sells em for around 30 bucks. He gave me a pair since i skate with him. If intrested PM me
- Q:does a 1991 mazda 626 have front wheel bearings?
- Of course it does. ALL wheels have bearings, no matter what make or model of vehicle you have. Even wheelbarrows need bearings in the wheel. The possible exceptions are the single ball type wheels that have a hollow sleeve in the centre as opposed to a roller or pin type bearing as is the norm. Hope this helps.
- Q:I own a pair of Mission Axiom A.3 roller hockey blades and it says on their website that all the wheels are MISSION CSX indoor/outdoor 78A but when i look at the wheels on the skates, they say they are all different sizes, unfortunately i am not at home so i can not tell you which sizes they are.The mission website also says that the bearings are MISSION ABEC 5 but i don't see any websites that sell those bearings so what other kind is the best and fastest kinds of bearings to buy?I just started getting into roller blading/roller hockey im not really playing roller hockey but i go skating a lot and like to go really fast so i don't really know a whole lot about skates but would like to learn what kind of wheels/bearings i should buy, thanks for any help.
- ABEC okorder staff are quite knowlegable.
- Q:just for crusing
- If you got money for $80 dollar bearings than Bones Red Ceramics are some of the most fast best quality bearings. The fact you gonna use just cruise makes it better, cause the material ceramic is not made to resist impact well. So if you simply gonna cruise than they should last a long time. But if thats to expensive than Bones offer other bearings.. They are all quality and perform well. Some regular Bones Reds are good and fast they go for like $ 20bucks. Any bearings made by Bones are good. And Black panthers are another good quality bearing brand.. To me those 2 brands are some of the fastest ,best quality bearings .
- Q:No stupid answers please. Im an ASE master mechanic and I'm looking to hear from experienced off roaders. I'm new to offroading. I'm driving an F250 460 Bigblock 4x4. I know my u joints breaking are normal but am I to expect the same from my tie rods and front manual locking hub wheel bearings once a month if not once a week (I stay up on my alignments). I just bounced my truck three times straight sideways (that's when I really felt the wheel bearings and tie rods go out) so I know I'm very abusive but they are...well were brand new. Is there something I should do as far as suspension or aftermarket parts. I've been doing my homework but any suggestions would help. Rear axle is 30 years old and still kicking major *!*, front end not so much. I do a lot of jumping and climbing. Any suggestions would help. I have an IFS dana 44 front axle. I don't really think of a center pivot axle as IFS and I always thought it looked crappy for offroading. Could it be I need a solid axle?
- no you should not be breaking wheel bearings and tie rods every couple weeks. I have done plenty of off-roading and have never busted a wheel bearing from it. unless you are jumping the truck several feet in the air and turning the steering wheel before it lands. You should not have this problem at all. either you are getting bad parts or they are being installed improperly. And as far as the IFS not being good enough I would not worry about that. The twin I-beam suspension is at least 1 of the best suspensions that you can get for off-roading (especially jumping) EDIT Yes you can beef up the tie rod ends but There is not a way to do the same for the wheel bearings that I know of. Basically if you want to treat the truck like that then you should expect to have to repair it daily. Also if the truck has independent front suspension then it does not have front leaf springs. I would think that a ASE certified mechanic could tell the difference between the 2 but I may be wrong
- Q:Should i get better bearings and is it ok if your foot is a little turned when you kick the one on the board im regular and i weigh 236
- Try Redz. Your bearings are probably old, so they don't function as well. Another possibility is that you left them out in the weather and they have rusted. Try buying some new ones. Redz are fairly priced ($20) and great durability.
- Q:i heard about bones but are there any others?
- doesn't really matter but just ger bones reds, or flip HKD. the best is bones swiss ceramics fer like 100 bucks
- Q:how can loose fits cause failure in bearings? and in particular affect the outer diameter?i am seeing a failure catalog for bearings, and i read : discolartion and scoring is the result of the outer ring slipping in the housing. why outer ring?
- The usual condition for the shaft to turn in a bearing is the inner surface of the bearing where the rollers or balls contact the shaft. This location is usually well lubricated and the contact area on the shaft is very minimal. Very little friction is generated and therefore very little heat is generated. If the outer race, surface, spins in the support a very high unlubricated contact surface is present and considerable heat is generated. This is known as spinning a bearing and it is not good and usually the result of the bearing race not fitting tight enough. If the friction fit in the bearing support is less than at the bearing / shaft the bearing will spin and generate heat. The heat will discolor the shaft and the individual bearings will be scored. The bearings out side diameter must be such that a tight fit is achieved when the bearing is installed.
- Q:ok. i got a new pack of bones reds and new wheels. i dont know how to put the bearings in properly though. if I push them in all the way to where the axel goes throgh the wheel there is a good 3mm gap between the bearing and the edge of the wheel, which i'm assuming would make it difficult to get the bearings off. should the bearings go in like that or should they only go to the edge of the wheels? thanks
- the bearings will go in, you hust might need to push really hard. you cant have them hanging out. worst case, you could just take it somewhere, like sneaker king and they could do it for you.
- Q:I need muffler bearings for the wobbler shaft, tingler valve, and kanoodler valve where o where can i find these????? Also what size of a left handed arked fiddle wrench will i need to install the headlight fluid?????
- Bearings okorder . Wrench size is 7 ohms (metric, a 5 lumens std. will work as well).
