- 13x11=143 s/f. All tile is sold by the s/f and a lot of times by the whole box. So w/o knowing the size of tile your using or the box size we can t help other than giving you a total s/f of the room.. - Actual tile will cost less ( than that of a good laminate) but the tile labor is double ( +-) that of laminate installation.Plus the prep materials needed for ceramic is triple ( or more ) than just the plain under layment of laminate.
