- I believe you can buy a resin spray (in a can, like spray paint) and put it over the chairs. Otherwise you will have to take them out to the garage or cover them with plasic or sheet or something! that won't let the sun damage them. - If you really want resin, it will quickly get expensive from a paper picture (or computer image) because someone with skill ($$$) will have to sculpt it, then a mold will have to be made ($$) and the figure molded so likely over $1000 These days, if you can create in a CAD program or sculpt it yourself in soft clay which can be scanned, then the figure could be done with 3D printing - but not in resin - at considerably lower cost perhaps under $200

- I don't think I understand your question. You want to use resin but don't want to embed anything in it? And you don't want to have to print anything out, but you want a pink zebra design? I guess you could just glue a fabric you'd found (cheetah or zebra fabric would be much easier than pink zebra**) to the back side of a pre-formed and cured/hardened piece of resin (or glass or plastic, or even a hardened blob of epoxy glue). To attach the fabric to the resin, use E6000 or 2-part epoxy glue, or even a permanent white glue if strong enough. Not sure what else to suggest since again not sure what you're wanting. ** you could though dye a regular bw zebra fabric pink, and the dye would show only in the white areas or you could just paint (with acrylic paint, e.g.) or otherwise color in the white areas with pink .
