Scaffolds are sometimes more efficient. Depends on whether the sudden drop snaps their neck, or they strangle to death. Guillotines, however, can sever your head so cleanly your head actually stays alive for ten more seconds. They used to super-sharpen the blade for really bad criminals and the like so they could lift the head and show them their own body before they died.

Q:i got my scaffold piercing 6 days ago and the piercing was fine but the pain in the healing process is more painful.my ear is getting itchy but it doesn't hurt. it only hurts if i knock it by accident but that pain goes away quicklyi'm just checking that the itch is a healing sign and not an infection signTHANKKKKS :D

My scaffold piercing did the same thing. As long as there are no bizarre liquids and there's no obvious change in how it looks since it was pierced, it shouldn't be an infection.Try not to touch it too much or you might risk an infection - use sea salt and warm water to clean it and maybe then an antibacterial agent like tea tree oil (your piercer should have told you all of this anyway). Any discomfort shouldn't last more than two or three weeks but everyones healing times are different. If you're still worried about it don't hesitate to go back to your piercer - aftercare is just as important as the piercing itself and it's their job to answer any questions you might have. :)

Q:I have a cartilage piercing on my right ear and now I want scaffolding. Can they just pierce the other side of my ear (opposite my other cartilage piercing) and put a scaffold bar through my existing cartilage piercing hole and the new piercing hole opposite? Can I then get another cartilage piercing straight underneath the scaffolding? How much does it hurt? Thanks in advance :)

an industrial piercing is much different than a helix. a helix is normally pieced from the from to the back of the ear while a helix is pierced from the outside to the inside of the ear. without a picture or seeing it it's hard to say so go to your local professional. piercings don't tickle. the pain shouldn't be a concern.

Q:Ok so 3 days ago (4 tomorrow), i got a scaffold piercing, AKA an industrial, and it was fine up until today when i noticed a small build up of clumpy, very dark, blood around the second hole of it. I cleaned it off and it stayed ok for a few hours and now i think it's coming back! it itches a bit, but when i asked my older brother (who has several piercings) he said it was starting to heal and that it's common. also, the woman who pierced my ear (who also has several facial piercings and 2 scaffolds) said it would definetly bleed during the 6-8 weeks it takes to heal.i was just wondering why the blood is so dark and thick, and why it itches when the blood is there.this is the first piercing i've had since my earlobes as a child, so i don't really know much about them :/ help please!!!!!

whats happing 2 ur piercing is totally normal i got my industrial pierced about 2 or 3 weeks ago it bleed alot the person that pierced it said that was normal....u just need 2 clean it at least 2 or 3 times a day...when u take out the jewelry for the first time it's gonna bleed.

its normal aii your probaly slept on it just do a sea salt soak and you'll be fine but if your super worried go back to your piercer
