- that means that was piercing wasn't done as well as it could have been. there is nothing you can do about it except take it out, let it heal, and have it re-pierced. go see your piercer. they should be able to tell you if it's a problem, and they should re-pierce it for free.
- Q: the shop said i might have the wrong ear shape, does anyone know of any pictures or diagrams of the wrong shape so i can see. Also what are some do's and do not's. not like cleaning cos i've read loads of them, just anything else useful. thankssharotoxxx
- Hello You should have asked them I dunno whats that mean the wrong ear shape But you can always do a cartilage piercing, it looks a way better Good luck
- Q: The other day i woke up to clean it and there was dry blood in the bottom piercing (by ear lobe) on both sides. I think it's because I got it two days before I got a bath with it and then I was sleeping weird. So anyway, my sister says I should just leave the dry blood because it helps it stay in place and it will irritate it if you pick it off but should I? It hurts even after I soak It to try take the dried blood off.
- Let the dry blood come off on its own. Using a sterile saline wound wash spray twice a day to keep it clean will help soften it up and it will come off within time. You can take baths but you really need to make sure your head never gets submerged under the water while your piercing is healing. Washing your hair under the faucet is fine but rinsing it in the water you're sitting in is not.

- Places like Claire's don't do those piercings, a tatto or piercing parlor would be the only place that does it. Check online and call in and read reviews before you go anywhere, they have been many places being shut down in USA and Canada for being unsanitary! So make sure your safe because it can perminatly break your cartilage if it's done wrong and you can get mney infections some being deadly and some that leave perminate scars. Make sure it's done safely, sanitary and with a needle. This piercing is more commonaly known as a industrial by the way. 1st of it hurts they all do. This was my most painful piercing ever. Got it done when I was 13, a month before I was 14. Think of it this way: 2 holes being stabbed into your ear connected by a bar. You bump on the other is automatically affected. I would definatly rate it 8.5/10. It was soberly painful. Hurts for a while and healing process is annoying as ever. Worth it for me in my opinion.
