- You really need to wait until you are a little bit older before you get this done. I am 20 years old, have a high tolerance for pain, and this hurt like hell to me. It's healing time is anywheres from 2 months to a year, maybe more if you don't take care of it correctly. You can't do something like this with a gun, you have to go to a professional piercing parlor and they have to do it with a needle...and to be honest, I doubt anyone would do your's with you being so young.

- Mine took about a week, but only the first 4/5 days were really bad. Taking something with ibuprofen or anything meant for swelling or an anti-inflammatory should help :) Don't try ice though, that just made it worse for mine.

- your just gonna have to wait it out it takes 6-12 months to fully heal. use sea salt and warm water solution to keep it clean that will help it heal a little quicker! just be careful i got to close to a doorjamb and now mine has a bruise its scary looking lol

- i've got heard it feels extra like a pinch. The septum piercing does not extremely bypass during the cartilage or something, in case you pull the midsection of your nostril down, there is slightly of epidermis there. that's the place the piercing is going via. My suggestion is to pinch it (in case you have nails) consisting of your nails, and you have the hassle-free thought of the 'oh, owch.' feeling? :]
