FAQ

1.How to guarantee the quality of the products

We have established the international advanced quality management system, every link from raw material to final product we have strict quality test,We resolutely put an end to unqualified products flowing into the market.

2. How long can we receive the product after purchase?

Usually within thirty working days after receiving buyer’s advance payment or LC. We will arrange the factory manufacturing as soon as possible. The cargo readiness usually takes 15-25 days, but the shipment will depend on the vessel situation.

Q:Who invented the steel windmill?
The Steel Eclipse Type WG was the first of several self-oiling steel windmills marketed by Fairbanks, Morse, and Company after they became the distributor of all the Eclipse mills about the start of the 20th Century. It has the more important distinction of having been the only widely distributed worm-gear mill in the history of American windmill manufacture. Produced from about 1926 to the mid-1930's, the Steel Eclipse remains in the field today in considerable number in most parts of the country. Hope this helps!
Q:serious question! Dual-phase steel?
Dual Phase steels refers to a distinct group of alloys which are used for automotive bodies. These were developed to give improved deep drawing (for shaping) and strength while on the road. Most of the work was started at the same time in the 1970s as a response to the oil crisis (history repeats!) with SSAB in Europe, US Steel and British Steel leading the way. There are many variants of the dual phase alloys prefered by each of the auto manufacturers. The work on these steels led the way for TRIP (transformation induced plasticity) steels, rephosphorised steels and HSLA (high strength low alloy) steels. There is a distinction between these steels and duplex steels which typically refer to austenitic/ferrtic stainless steels. Also be aware that everyday low carbon steels with 0.1%-0.6% carbon will have a ferritic/pearlitic structure but are not considered to be dual phase So to summarise: Who - major steel companies worldwide When - from about 1973 onwards (up to around 1977 when the developments went in other directions) Where - Europe, USA and Japan (but I'm not sure who it was in Japan doing the work)
Q:How much does stainless steel cost? Per lb?
Sheet stainless steel is about $2.00 to $2.75 per lb. in the US right now for a 2B stainless steel without any special finish. The cost of a sink or counter is going to vary widely. The labor to fabricate it is going to be a lot higher than the material cost so the price per pound is not going to tell you much. In California a custom 6' counter would be somewhere between $1,200 and $3,000. A standard size single compartment sink would be about half of that.
Q:Are steel doors insulated?
Steel doors are insulated, but will feel cold in the winter.Feel all around the door weather stripping area and the seal at the bottom of the door to see if air is getting in.
Q:What sort of Steel should I use?
For a structural product you want tubing instead of pipe. ERW (Electric resistance welded) steel tubing is generally a fairly good compromise between cost and strength. They are available in various wall thicknesses for either lighter weight or greater strength. DOM (dimensioned over mandrel) tubing generally uses a stronger steel allow and is more dimensionally uniform but the cost is much higher. These products are probably available at a local steel supplier. They are both mild steel so they can be arc welded or brazed with ease. Strength of these steel alloys is generally about 70,000 psi so you need to analyze the specific applied stress over the specific surface area to determine what wall thickness you need. If you are applying tension or compression to pins in holes in the tubing, you could braze in hardened steel bushings. You would bore a larger hole in the tubing in which to insert the bushing. Bushings would distribute the force over a significantly larger surface area and the holes will not tend to elongate.
Q:What is steel used for?
buildings bridges automobiles elevators railroads and railroad equipment appliances and many many more. Steel is used almost everywhere. reference: Iron and steel are used widely in the construction of roads, railways, infrastructure, and buildings. Most large modern structures, such as stadiums and skyscrapers, bridges, and airports, are supported by a steel skeleton. Even those with a concrete structure will employ steel for reinforcing. In addition to widespread use in major appliances and cars (Despite growth in usage of aluminium, it is still the main material for car bodies.), steel is used in a variety of other construction-related applications, such as bolts, nails, and screws.[66] Other common applications include shipbuilding, pipeline transport, mining, offshore construction, pipeline transport, aerospace, white goods (e.g. washing machines), heavy equipment (e.g. bulldozers), office furniture, steel wool, tools, and armour in the form of personal vests or vehicle armour (better known as rolled homogeneous armour in this role). .
Q:Where are the coils and the steel plates used? Where did the steel plate come from?
Steel plate is divided into many kinds of PU, low alloy, boiler plate, vessel plate, high strength plate, etc..
Q:low density steel?
1. A method has been developed for magnetic phase analysis of Fermanal type alloys as-quenched and after aging. 2. The upper limit of alloying to ensure the optimal mechanical properties was determined more precisely for steel 9G28Yu9MVB. For rods aged at 550°C for 16 h the aluminum content should not exceed 9.2% and the carbon content 0.92%. 3. To ensure the optimal mechanical properties of the deformed metal it is necessary to obtain a fine-grained single-phase austenitic structure after quenching. The amount of hardening phase after quenching should not exceed 15–20% (saturation magnetization around 1600 G).
Q:How do you calculate density of the steel ball in grams per cubic centimeter?
The fact that they are pretty similar leads to the idea that Jupiter, too, is mostly H and He.
Q:Is m390 steel aka 20cv steel a tool steel?
Not all tool steels work well in knife blades, but some of them are very popular. D2, M2, M4 and many others.
