Q:I was at school and my first class hasn't even started (So it was about 8 in the morning), and I had to go to the nurseI have stomach pains almost constantlyI have one almost every day, and I know that's not normalI can never use the bathroom eitherIt just does not work, and if it did it wouldn't helpThe nurse told me to look into eating more high-fiber foods which will help clean out my systemCan someone list anything that is high in fiber, but still good to eat? I know apples have fiber (The skin), and I enjoy thoseI love fruitsAny yogurt? does anyone have a diet plan that would be good for me? I know everyone is an individual, remember I'm 12Answer back as soon as possible please, Thanks.
since you have ajoining hollow walls the best and easiest way to insulate this would be to use a blown insulation that can be blown in from the bottom( they will have to cut holes in each stud cavity) and it will fill the wall cavity, there will be holes at the top also however once you do the lil sheetrock patch after the insulation you will be very happy
Q:I know I need fiber and water, but I literally have to force water down my throatWhat things have the highest fiber content?I'm a teen so I'm afraid of pills and powders
Chi (I think that's how you spell it) is an excellent - the excellent flat iron for black girlsAs for thermal protection, go to your neighborhood beauty supply store and look for anything that's heat protectedI use Fantasia IC is a good brandThey have oil and the sprayI use the one in a pink bottle and it smells really good likeBut really, anything in your local beauty supply would do.
Q:The Sundressby C.SScotkinYou’re old fashioned, he said.I’m not twenty. And this dress is my favorite.I know you think it’s plain. But look at the subtle weave, the number of threads to the inch. And the color! Have you ever seen a color reflect summer like this? The cut is simple.I like simple clothingIt is soft, it breathes It gives me pleasurefeeling the skirt rustle around my legswhen a breeze catches my attention.Costly fabric, hand made from finest flax.It took a long time to find the right pattern, but the sewing of it was simple. He bowed over my hand and kissed it.
As a lover of fabric (more wools than linens, to be honest) this poem rather moves meThis sentence, in fact, makes no sense; therefore I like it very much: It gives me pleasure feeling the skirt rustle around my legs when a breeze catches my attentionIs the fabric hand-woven or hand-spun? If the latter, you have included the obvious and charming pun on distaff; but I ask half seriously: at least in wool, artisanal weaving typically results in nicer fabrics that actually have less than impressive thread counts (Ignore this technical comment please: what usually happens is that the weaver would start with very rare yarn that had the tensile strength theoretically to be spun to, say, 180 hanks per pound, but takes the astonishing luxury of ordering it spun to 120 hanks instead, resulting in, say, 11 oz./yard cloth rather than 7 oz./yardThe thicker yarns result in a lower thread count and a less fragile cloth; but the fabric is still incredibly luxurious because of the quality of yarn and the unevenness of weave, if done by a real shuttle rather than an air shuttleSorry about that; I really did enjoy this poem, just for itself, too.)
Q:I'm trying to find the yarn name quot;Comfy Bulkyquot; by brand KnitPicksI went to the website and I don't even know how to buy from thereIs there any place I can buy this yarnOr something very similar to this yarn?

Here’s an easy way to bake your own tortilla chips! Soft corn tortillas Preheat oven to 325 Fand place yellow corn tortillas on the wire rackBake until they begin to turn a darker color, about ten minutes, but remove immediately, as they will burn if left in the oven any longerTo make non-fat crispy taco shells, place each tortilla so that it is centered over two of the wires on the rack, placing the edges of the torillas under the other wiresBake as above – they will curl around in an upside-down 'U’ shape to make perfect taco shellsFrom DrNeal Pinckney, Healing Heart Foundation
