- Q: I used RESOLVE High Traffic Carpet Cleaning Kit a few months ago. I didn't think it even worked, but to my dismay, I believe it has made my carpet dirtier. I probably should have tried getting some of the soap up, but I had no idea that leaving soap (even if the directions tell you that you only need to vacuum) that it could lead to the stains sticking more.So now, the areas that I used the product on have turn one shade away from black (we have white carpet).I just used a Bissell carpet steamer and the whole area looks the same!WHAT DO I DO?!I fear a professional won't be able to get it out either...

- The great instant spot remover! Use Shaving cream. If you have a spill and have no carpet spotter available, grab the shaving cream. It is particularly effective on makeup, lipstick, cofee and tea. work into the spot well and rinse with either cold water or club soda. When you spot clean carpet, never rub, as it will only spread the stain and will cause abrashion to the carpet fibers.
- Q: When my carpets are cleaned at first, they are perfectly clean and I have a friend who owns a carpet company who doesn't just steam clean the carpets. After a few months, the same stains seem to re-emerge from where they were before as if they were cleaned on the surface but re-surfaced.I have 2 cats where I have cleaned hairballs, and a lot of throwing up, and I think that's what the stains are from. I use the MIracle stuff for cat stains/odors and it seems to work at first, but again they come up especially in the hallway upstairs. The rest of my my carpets are not bad, even after a year. I take good care of them and keep them as clean as possible but these round stains in various places make it look really bad! How can I make them go away permanently. I'm tired of hiring expensive carpet cleaners where they look great for a month or so; then these same spots seem to come back plus additional hairballs which I try to catch as soon as I can.Thanks.
- what method do you actually use to clean your carpets? since the same spots are resurfacing and thats the area where your cats are then i bet you need to have the actually padding replaced there and probably the carpet as well. you dont want to ever let a pet get too comfortable in one area. they are attracted to their own smell. have that padding/carpet replaced and cleaned. and every so often rotate their area so they arent used to just one area. i know it may not be the best budget wise but with pets having carpet is the worst. tile is much better.
- Q: I think I might have carpet beetles in my bedroom. When ever I clean up I find little brown bugs that shed their skin in my carpet and on stuffed animals that were on the ground. Are these carpet beetles? How do I get rid of them? Please help!!!! They give me they give me the creeps!!! Thanks
- in case you went camping out exterior without a dozing bag you have gotten delivered bugs on your room..this surpassed off to a buddy of mine. yet once you're fearful then get a mattress cover quite made for mattress bugs.

- A okorder / The higher the denier the tougher the rug. 600 denier will tear easier and be less water proof then a 1200 plus denier rug. I have the last one shown (Defender) is a great rug for really cold frosty winters. Tough denier and no neck rug attached, which I prefer for my horses that are not in much work. In spring I then switch it for a lighter rug, which they usually wear for a month or so before I leave it off completely. But please remember, even if you switch to a lighter rug, it will still need to come off each morning if it is warm and during their heavy moulting in the first month of spring.
- Q: So I spilled red juice on my carpet last night and thought it would be a good idea to clean it up using bleach and clear soda. Needless to say the bleach kind of messed up the carpet. Is there any way to pull out any of the bleach or to make the stain a little less noticeable? PLEASE HELP!! I really don't want to loose the security deposit....

We do not suggest using Zout? on upholstery or carpet because, as a super concentrated surfactant based product, it needs to rinse thoroughly. When not rinsed properly, soap will collect dirt. If Zout? has been used on upholstery or carpet, rinse until no soapsuds appear using a wet/dry vacuum or a carpet/upholstery cleaning machine. So that's a no.
