1.Product Description:

Our Tinned Silver Copper wire use 99.96% or 99.99% pure copper for inner core, the silver layer reach 99.99% purity,

we using advance plating equipment and state-of-the-art plating silver technology make the silver lay containing silver 99.99%

and coating is very smooth , high density . and not easy to change color .

Fine wire specification: 025-1.0 u , hold wire specification : 0.5-10u

2. Product Characteristic:

We use import tester CMI SmartLink PR to test the silver layer thickness. Compare with pure copper wire ,

ours tinned silver copper wire is higher conductivity , higher thermal class , more smooth and higher corrosion resistance .

High-grade (high pressure) cable,Automotive cables

Electronics, telecommunications, winding wire, aerospace and other fields

Q:1) How does the type of wire affect resistance?2) How does the length of wire affect resistance?3) How does the diameter of the wire affect resistance?4) How does temperature affect resistance?
1) How does the type of wire affect resistance? - This property is called resistivity changes from material to material very low for metals 2) How does the length of wire affect resistance? - If material and other dimensions are same it increases in the same ratio as the length.[If l doubles resistance doubles] 3) How does the diameter of the wire affect resistance?- If material and other dimensions are same itdecreases in the same ratio as the square of the diameter.[If diameter doubles resistance becomes one fourth] 4) For metals, the resistivity increases linearly with temperature. 4) How does temperature affect resistance?
Q:Trying to wire up a toogle swithch for boat light. Have a positive and negiative wire coming from the battery. I have 2 wires coming out of the toggle switch and two wires coming from the light. What goes where? Thanks
take the ground wire from the battery and connect it to one of the wires on the light. Take the positive wire from the battery and connect it to one of the wires on the switch. Take the other wire from the switch and connect it to the other wire from the light. Check all your contacts to make sure there are good connections. If this does not work but the light goes on if you bypass the switch the switch must be bad.
Q:I'm installing a remote start system in my car, but I can't find the tach wire. Does anyone know what harness it is located in, and what color the cable is? I've looked over the diagrams, but I can't seem to find the cable that runs to the tach guage.
You can use a wire from a fuel injector. They should have two wires. Look at all of them and use a wire that is NOT common to other injector wires.
Q:no power to brown trailer wire
Brown wire is for brake light and right turn signal. There won't be power on this wire unless the brake pedal is pushed down (steady voltage) or the right turns signal is turned on (intermittent voltage/no voltage) If there should be voltage and there is none then you have loose/broken wiring or blown fuses.
Q:can aluminum wiring catch on fire
If you are referring to the larger aluminum wiring that is commonly found in service entrance wiring, circuits for electric ranges and such, then yes, it is safe and allowed by National Electrical Code. Please note that some jurisdictions do not accept that and do not allow any aluminum wiring. If you are referring to the smaller wires for branch circuits (regular wiring a.k.a. Romex), then you really need to be careful. This wire has been outlawed by the NEC for quite some time. Too many houses burned down because of it (my uncle's is one of them). If you have it, please have a licensed electrician inspect it soon. I cannot tell you if it is 'safe' or not in this forum. You should be looking at having it replaced.
Q:I need the wiring codes for a factory radio to install a new one.

Q:Or can stranded wire of the same gauge be subsitituted for solid wire without any consequences? The reason I ask is because its for a massive 4kJ capacitor discharge circuit, and I need all the energy delivered to the power coils im using, cant afford to have much leakage inductance.
Stranded wires have slightly higher inductance than solid wires, but this is noticable only on transmission lines and larger conductors. if you are only using a short conductor, i don't think the inductance of the wire will affect the system, unless the wire is coiled.
Q:I have just bought a Clarion CZ500 and am trying to run a remote wire to the amp. Where do i connect the wire to the head unit? Please Help
Well newer head units have a blue with a white stripe but older are solid blue so if u got blue with stripe it goes there if not solid blue
Q:siting on a roof and the wire is running into the house, what if you touch it?
better use a tester to fin out where is the leakage of current,or else touch u r self, and feel,if its more that 220V AC then u r gone,
Q:Are toast - previous owner did a bad amp install on them and there is basically no wire left to use for mine.Is it possible to run a radio power wire/remote wire from the fuse panel back to the radio? If so can i just shove the wire in the fuse holder then stick the fuse back in on top of it?((Fuse 8 is the mustangs radio fuse))
Never wire anything into your fuse box, that will defeat the purpose of having it. You will have to do what's called a hard wire. You will need to run all new wires, which is the safest way to do it, with all proper fusing. A constant +12, a switched +12 and a ground is all you need for the radio to work, and all new speaker wires. If you can find one in a junkyard, you might be able to find a new harness to repair the OEM one, and that would really help you out. Good luck!
