Products Introduction:

Sanle fiber cement board is made of high-grade cement and modified material, reinforced by natural fiber. Being processed by high pressure and high temperature advanced technologies, Sanle fiber cement board is a new building material with excellent performances.

Fire Proof & Insulation
Class A non-inflammability, no toxic gas, low in perveance, good electric insulation material

Waterproof and Moisture Proof
In semi-outdoor area and under high temperature condition, performance of Sanle boards is stable and will not bend or deform.

Thermal Insulation and Sound Insulation
Low thermal conductivity, good heat insulation, high in density, sound proof

Light weight & High strength
Pressured by 5000-ton hydraulic machine, it is high in strength and light in weight. It is not easy to deform and bend, and good for flooring and roofing.

Easy installation
The installation of boards is dry operation, which is faster. It can be processed with ordinary wood working tool. The board is easy to be processed.

Economical and Good looking
The boards are light in weight. Together with the use of keels, they can save cost of construction and decoration. The painting is uniform, and the surface is smooth, making the exterior of buildings good-looking and attractive.

Safe and Harmless
Test result of Sanle boards is better than national radiation protection standards of building materials. The radiation from Sanle boards is equal to that from the lawn 20 meters away from the building. The lifespan of Sanle boards is very long, and they are resistant to acid and alkali, moisture and insects. The toughness and strength remains the same when time passes by. So they can be used for a long time.

Easy to install and easy to replace
Sanle boards can be drilled, cut, engraved, nailed, painted and covered by tiles or sticker when necessary..

Q:Cement board. recep, how can i make it myself?
cement board or backer board, despite its name, isnt a board with cement on it. as far as i know, its agregate cement with glass meh fibre on top of it. i would not make it yourself. since its meant to protect your bathroom from water damage, i wouldnt take the risk. do you have green board (waterproof drywall) that would be another option. this dosent really solve your problem, but a bettrer product to use instead (or as well as) backer board, would be ditra. you can sheet your bathroom in 3/4 plywood anywhere your going to tile, apply thinset, and lay down the ditra mats (following al instructions). then you can tile over it with thinset, and grout it and you have a very effective waterproofing system. its expensive, but it will last a lifetime and you will never have water problems. they make other products ditra products for walls, floor and even for walk in showers (curbs).
Q:Can you put tile directly on top of green board in a shower or do you have to also use cement board?
i would not use this junk in a shower green board is nothing but sheet rock you could take it out and use cement board instead or use cement boards on top of the sheet rock that has green paper on it what ever you do do not put the tile directly on that (green board) it does not hold up in a wet area like that. good luck
Q:Do I have to put cement backer board down before laying ceramic tile or can I go over existing vinyl floor?
you can go over your old vinyl floor, just make sure its clean and flat and has no chance of infiltration. If you can't assure its steadfastness take it up
Q:Is the fiber cement board harmful to the human body?
Fiber cement board on the human body is not reflected in the use of synthetic materials, ah, heavy metals and the like, do not listen, the main hazard is the fiber reinforced concrete used in the reinforced material
Q:What tools do I need to put in some cement borders (curbing) in my yard?
not a real easy diy job but have fun
Q:Asbestos cement board product features
Fire insulation: non-combustible A-level, the fire will not burn when the plate does not produce toxic smoke; low conductivity, is the ideal insulation material.
Q:I am going toceramic tile a commplete small brm do I have to drywall or can I just cement board T.Y.F.Y help?
If brm means Bedroom..... And it is going to be used just for that , I would put up greenboard ( a type of drywall used in bathrooms ) . Are you going to be doing the walls ,floor to ceiling ? And it also sounds like you are covering the ceiling too. ? Sounds kinda strange What are you going to use the room for?
Q:applying 6x6 Porcelain tile over hardibacker cement board?
Custom Building products, sold at Home Depot is what I ve used for years.. You can use the white or grey, just that the grey is just a bit cheaper too. For porcelains you ll want the Flexbond line in the Custom thin set. It s the one recommended for porcelains. Also in the past I ve used H B Fuller s Tec lines of thin sets. love that line, it mixes to a nice creamy consistancy. But its not as available to the public and more expensive. Any questions you can e mail me through my avatar and check my qualifications there. GL
Q:I have ceramic tile grout that keeps breaking up from faulty cement board. Can I use something more flexible?
Even if you use silicone tub-n-tile sealer you’ll need to figure out where to apply weight to cause the floor to flex upward. Apply the weight to flex the floor upward apply the silicone caulk, tub-n-tile sealer let it set then remove the weight. Otherwise you’ll be right back it the same shape it’ll just take a little longer. This is the same method used when applying tub-n-tile sealer around a bath tub. You fill the tub with water before you apply the sealer / caulk. Otherwise it will also pull away over time.
Q:Can anyone tell me how to remove barker board off of my bathroom walls. It was put on with contact cement.
Assume for a moment you'll have repair work to do on the wall behind the boardat least. It may be that installing new Green Board and Concrete Backer Board in the tub/shower area is a way to proceed no matter. Using a wide blade Paint/Putty knife, pry up one seam, or area of access and with effort, in a slicing/scraping motion, release the board from the glue and wall. Certainly some residue will remain on both,,,as well as some likely damage to the wall behind. Once the board is removed MY choice would be to replace the wall material (Drywall) with those I suggested. To attempt removal of the glue residue to achieve a smooth wall to paint or tile, will probably be more labor intensive than replacement. It may not strictly be within your budget range, but in the long term it will give you a much better job, that should last as long as the house. Not only that, but the removal offers you an opportunity to check any wiring/plumbing/ and/or insulation issues. Steven Wolf
