Introduction of Alkali Resistant  Glassfiber Spray Roving:

1) Alkali resistant roving (AR Glassfiber roving), used as reinforced material in cement and concrete

2) There are two kinds of roving according to different ZrO2 content of 14.5% and 16.5%

3) And according to usage, it can be divided to two types, one is premixed and another is water-dispersed.

4) Filament diameter: 13um

5) Roving density: 2,400tex or 4,800tex

6) Shipping container: Qty/20' FCL, 20 pallets (18.24MT)

Relatived Products of Alkali Resistant Glassfiber Spray Roving:

The roving can be chopped into different lengths like 6mm, 12mm and 24mm. it called AR Glassfiber chopped strand.

For 6mm, it is 25kgs/bag, 40bags/pallet, one 20' container can load 20pallets, 20 tons in total.

For 12mm, it is 20kgs/bag, 40bags/pallet, one 20' container can load 20pallets, 16 tons in total.

And if it is 24mm long, it is 15kgs/bag, 40bags/pallet, and one 20' container can load 20pallets, 12 tons in total.

Q:Can cement can be tough be adding plastics???
Can cement be toughen by adding more plastics? Only if ur working on plastic cement concretes. Plastic cements on concretes can be hardened with sand on 1/2 to 1/2 ratio.
Q:Cement Floors?
If you rip up carpet from a cement floor you will have carpet tacks sticking up all around the edges of the room and probably across the doorway. Since this is a safety hazard, you are better off leaving the nasty carpet.
Q:Cement- Mortar- Grout?
The primary differences are texture (grit content), and activator (the chemical used to harden the product). Also, there are boding properties associated with mortar and grout that standard concrete does not posses, mortar being the strongest (used for affixing tile to a subfloor or wall).
Q:What would it cost for 7 square yards of cement?
Concreate is sold in cubic yards, so it depends on how deep it will be. Measure the depth and convert to cubic yards. Concreate is anywhere from $65 to $125 a yard depending on your location.
Q:If we have 1 ton of cement at 40 degree celcius and we want to take it at 20 degree celcius by using ice,?
Heat lost by cement=heat gained by melting ice Heat= mass X specific heat X change in temp Heat = mass X latent heat of fusion (melting) If the ice is at 0oC, then the 2 equations can be set equal to each other and the mass of ice is the unknown Since specific heat is in Kj/Kg/K, you need to change mass of 1 ton to Kg, and temperatures to K
Q:what is the importance of cement industiries?
Below are some reasons why cement industries are important. Cement industries produce Portland cement which is a prime ingredient of concrete for buildings, bridges, canals and roads. For example, The Atlas Portland Cement Company in Hannibal, MO produced much of the cement needed for The Panama Canal and the Empire State Building. Cement is also a key ingredient in stucco, grout and mortar. At the turn of the century, some cement companies also attracted a lot of immigrant workers especially from Europe which in some cases produced new towns or added people to existing towns and helped boost the economy. Modern cement companies rely more on machinery and technology than large labor forces. Cement companies also create quarries which can serve as wildlife habitat when the company is finished with the site. Some cement companies also burn hazardous waste for fuel (which is a good thing as it keeps the hazardous waste from being dumped or buried).
Q:Cement ideas for slate wall?
The two best, quick-setting bonds you can achieve are Hydraulic Cement (used for patching concrete, even under water) and epoxy. Either will work to hold pieces together and both are water proof. If you are wanting to actually for and pour a concrete structure I recommend sakrete brand pre-mixed concrete. It isn't expensive and is easy to work with. Like other concrete products, it will set underwater but you can't adequately finish it; it would be more of a 'natural' finish. You can float it off but troweling is nearly impossible. If neither of these are what you meant leave an update with more info and I'll check back later. I have over 30 years of experience in construction so I may be able to provide info on other ideas. Good luck and enjoy!
Q:Can I attach a wooden wall to the cement foundation in my crawlspace?
Wood against the cement wall is not a good idea. Moisture from the ground usually seeps in through concrete, and evaporate from the floor. and the wood will soak it up, grow moldy and rot. If you are planning to use it for storage the best course of action would be to encapsulate it instead. That means lining the whole crawl space, floor and walls with a 20mil poly sheet (like a pool liner) specially developed for this purpose, and then install a conditioning system to blow air from the upstairs into the crawl, keeping it dry. Besides protecting your crawl space and stored items from moisture, termites etc... encapsulation makes your whole house at least 18% more energy efficient. It is recommended by the US Department of Energy's Building America as Best Practice. I am adding the link to Advanced Energy website. There you will find videos explaining the process and a ton of studies conducted by them on crawl spaces, as well as to another website about Crawl Spaces.
Q:cement ratio?
I use a 5 to one ratio (five parts gravel, one part cement) the gravel is 60/40 (I assume that is 60 percent sand, 40 % rocks) The moisture content of gravel varies, so difficult to give amount of water.
Q:Will rubber cement work on painted aluminium?
Nope. Contact cement would be better. But I don't think anything will last long out of doors. Even the paper will start to fall apart after the first rain or heavy dew. And the sun will also cause it to decompose. Paper does not do well outside. You may have to rethink your project.
Reinforced,It is a real alkali resistent glassfibre enterprise of largest scale, most advanced technology and highest outupt in China. After the newly broadened AR glassfibre tank furnace with production capacity of 10000 Tons/ year being put into production, we will be the China largest, world second largest AR glassfibre professional producer in total output.
