Wood-Plastic Composite (WPC) floor accessory is manufactured from a combination of plastic, natural fiber and some additives using special equipments. For our wpc decking floor, there are many kinds of types, such as TW-K01(150 x 35 mm)TS-01(150 x 25mm), TH-07(140 x 30 mm), TS-A01(90 x 20mm),TH-16(133 x 24 mm, solid design) etc..
1. Material: 50% natural wood flour; 35%~40%HDPE, 10%~15% additives

- Q:I've received advise to screw the floor with screws and that should stop the squeaks... this was done, but the floor stills squeaks... what is my next option to fix this problem, I am thinking of selling and trying to fix the place up, please help.

- it's recommended that you also do not wear shoes on this flooring as it wears down the tatami mats quickly. Hope this helps!

- lock floors are a lot easier to install. they have tongue and groove so anyone can really put them in. so if you wanted to do it yourself and save the money of paying someone else to install it then that is an option.
- Q:need to replace the floor
- You have to cut the old floor out. Then repair the supporting wood then lay new plywood down and then seal with epoxy. It's a bit harder to do than most think, and you need to be sure the boat is worth the effort. You can find newer boats at giveaway prices, so why fix bad ones. - Depends on what kind of floor you're putting in. If it's concrete then you don't need to raise it, just undermine the walls one at a time and support them in the process. Pour concrete under them then let it harden. When you've done all four walls then you can pour the middle. The footings (under the walls) should be 12 inches wide by at least 6 inches deep. The floor can be three inches deep - depending on what you plan on putting on it. But three inches is usually plenty. Hope this helps. 'av'a g'day mate. )

- Q:I have an acid washed concrete floor in my business. I am having a problem with the floor being hazy/dirty after washing. The floor is waxed. When i clean the floor I use 2 buckets of water ... One with neutral floor cleaner and one clean water rinse bucket. After the floor dries it has a haze over it ... if i rub my fingers on the floor the haze goes away but my fingertips become black from the residue ... what can i do to get my floor back to clean ... i get so many compliments on the dirty floor and i cant imagine what they will say once it is really clean ... Any Help Would Be Appreciated ....Thank You
- This is due to the cleaner leaving a oily film behind, wash your floor with one cup of White Vinegar to a half bucket of warm water, never use hot water on floors. Allow to dry this may take a few applications of Vinegar before noticing a real difference be patient when using this method Or strip your floor with one cup of Ammonia to a three quarters full bucket of warm water and a quarter cup of Tide powdered detergent mop floor with this solution then rinse thoroughly with cold water and allow to dry, then polish if desired When floors are Tiled to keep them looking shiny and new without much effort, use half cup of Baking Soda to a half bucket of warm water only then rinse with cool clean water and allow to dry, no other cleaner is needed with this method, or just use a half cup of White Vinegar to a half bucket of warm water to clean floor then rinse with cool clean water and allow to dry these two solutions is all you need to clean floors Good Luck !
- Q:How can I cover a slate floor with carpeting.
- If its the gauged slate that is smooth and not a rough texture you can go over it with pad and carpet as normal. The tack strips will have to be glued and screwed into the sub floor. This will have to be treated as a slab or basement floor installation. Its possible to glue direct the carpet but the slate must be clean and solidly attached. Then you must treat the grout lines so the lines on t show through the carpet. Check all exterior doors to make sure you have clearances. Interior doors can be trimed down.
