This cable consists of two parallel double jacketed sub-units and LSZH jacket. Each sub-unit utilizes two simplex cables and two fillers stranded, and then with LSZH jacket.
tructure of PE is straight chain polymer, and XLPE has a network structure among their molecules, thus improving the heat deformation properties of polyethylene, anti-aging properties and mechanical properties.
Since cross-linked polyethylene cable insulation has been used in the power supply system about 30 years, it has many excellent properties, in many countries it has gradually replaced the paper insulated cable.
Compared with paper insulated cable it has other characteristics:
No mass conglomeration circumstance at steep line
With a small weight, easy to set
Length of cable is big, reduce numbers of joint.
Use annex of Maintenance-free
- Q: Hello,I recently bought a kotatsu and I really need some help. The power cable is of course Japanese... And I need some type of converter. On the part of the cable that plugs into the radiotaor it says:PSE (It's in some square box)JET MR7A 250VOn the end that plugs into the wall it says:PSE (It's in some square box)JET MR7A 125VI''m not sure if a simple small converter to let me put the Japanese cable into my wall is enough, I think I need something extra to make sure nothing goes into flames.Inside the Japanese instruction manual I found some info ... However, I'm not really sure if it is related to the power supply or not...AC100V 50-60Hz400W3.1 (Probably the length of the cable) 1.3 (Same here I think)140Wh 60 Wh55C 37CPlease help me, what should I get to be able to use the cable in Europe. Any links at all will be helpful...Thanks.
- Don't worry too much about what the cord says. Worry about the power requirements on the appliance label, and making sure you are feeding it with the voltage required, with a capacity within the range. In your instance, you will need a converter transformer that converts your outlet voltage to 100V, and has 550 or larger watt capacity.
- Q: all of my wiring seems okay and everything seems to work except for my amp power. I have the blue cord on the harness wired into the blue/white cord in my kenwood because i tried going blue to blue and it didnt work. So i have the remote cable from my amp plugged into the blue cord on my head unit. I have no power to my amp.
- Its usually a blue wire with a white stripe. If not, another option is to find your fuse box and stick it in with a fuse that powers the stereo or another fuse that only is active when the key is turned. Afterwards, make sure the amp turns off when the key is off, if not, select another fuse. This is how my amp is hooked up because when I originally installed it, I had a stock deck. Good Luck!
- Q: Its on power and one is in a pc monitor and one is lying on the ground. Will the electricity go through the cable that is not connected and lying on the ground? is this safe to touch with hands or shoes?
- The voltages and amperages going through the Monitor Cables are too low to be of any concern. If you actually stuck your tongue into a live one you'll get a jolt that may be painful...but it's not going to kill you. Touching it with your fingers won't do anything. However it might not be a bad idea to cover it with a little electrician's tape (don't go crazy) to keep it from picking up anything that could jam or bend the pins.
- Q: i'm having a power cable coming from the feeder pillar going to utility box that serving a yacht, i'm having few cut off in that cable what is the most good idea to repair it without replacing the cable and what is the material that used in that ?
- Have you got an anti surge socket to even out any voltage spike in line? I have and I've had several power cuts and my computer has never been affected. If not, then there is a possibility that you have blown the motherboard or the PSU. The reason this happens is your PSU drops the mains voltage from 240V to about 4.5V or less that your motherboard uses. Now when you get a power cut, when the switches in the power lines drop out, as the gap in the switch increases the voltage will jump as the current is trying to jump the gap. Thus for a few milliseconds the voltage in the mains can jump up to 20% which take it up to about 280V. Push that ratio all the way along and your motherboard voltage will jump to about 6V. Poof! Motherboard blown. Your only option is to put it into a workshop and find out exactly what damage you have done to it. You may be lucky as some manufacturers fit internal anti surge fuses.
- Q: i have a cable modem that i lost the power cord to. i found another that fits but the output listed on the adapter is 12.5vdc. the modem lists +12vdc. can I use them together? i plugged it in and it lit up for a while but then went out but I don't really know how the modem is supposed to work if there's no internet connected to it.
- You need the correct voltage and the correct current (amps) from your adapter. Look at the old adapter - it will say what the current output is (e.g., 2 AMPS).
- Q: There are the six pins in the socket and six pins on the cable like on all other XBox i have seen. However a small black bit in-between the two rows of pins stop my cable going in at all. Not sure how what to do as the xbox is from Cash converters and it may be out of warranty. Thanks.
- THAT CABLE YOU HAVE ARE FOR THE NEWER VERSIONS OF XBOX360 ....THE OLDER 360'S HAVE JUST THE PINS NO MIDDLE IF U BOUGHT IT USED YOU SHOULD JUST TELL EM TO EXCHANGE THE POWER CABLE OR BUY ANOTHER POWER CABLE FOR OLDER VERSION
- Q: How do I get it not to do that? Its really annoying. Whenever I remove the charger cable , the screen gets really dark. It seems like an actual function and not a defect, but is their a way to toggle it on and off?
- Thats how its made. Laptops dim screens to save battery power. To override the setting, look for a picture of the Sun on the middle-top of your keyboard. Sometimes its Blue. Once you find it, look at the bottom left of your keyboard for a FN (function) button. While holding the FN button, tap a few times at the sun button. Your screen should now be bright ;) Make sure you do this with the power unplugged, enjoy.
- Q: my friend has a dell that has a btx mobo. the power supply looks like all the other power supplys. will getting a regular power cord at radio shack fit and work with the dell power supplys. the cables that come out of the supply are all the same as usual ones.
- if it's a laptop most dell models use the same. desktops they all use the same.
- Q: I am doing a test if the power supply. Can you have the computer on and plugged in with PSU out in the open, leave on the carpet ?Can you have the power cable plugged into the psu first and then try to plug in the psu cable into the mother board. Would this electrocute you? if you accidentally knocked over liquid onto the power supply while the computer is running and you touched the motherboard at the same time while you are perfectly grounded. Can this electrocute you? unpluging the psu connector while the computer is on?
- I'm willing to bet that there's people out there who'll debate me on this, but the answer is a nutshell both yes and no. Part I: As for having the power supply out in the open the answer is generally no, assuming you have it on a non-conductive surface such as a sheet of cardboard, assuming your carpet has any grade of nylon in it, and assuming the wiring in your house is well-grounded. Part II: I doubt it, but it'd be a better idea if your plugged it into the motherboard first, then to the power supply, then the wall. Part III: Both yes and no. It really depends on a small number of factors like how well grounded (electrically) it is. However, liquids and electricity of any type are NEVER a good mix. Part IV: Don't even think about it. Aside from something extreme like oh say a fire, there's no surer way to kill a motherboard than to disconnect the connector while powered-up.
- Q: Im going to get a new graphics card. I am getting the XFX Geforce 9800 GT and it needs 1 six pin PCI Express power cable. It comes with a cable to convert 2 molex cables into 1 six pin pci power cable. Problem is, is that dont have any molex cables available. I have 4 SATA power cables. So if I got a converter to convert 2 SATA power cables into 2 Molex cables into 1 six pin power cable work? Would I lose any voltage/ watts? Please let me know, I got the graphics card for christmas and I dont want to end up with it not even working.
- Given that your PSU has enough power to run the card... I think it might work. However, how can you be out of Molex cables? That makes me think you have a weak PSU.
