Products Description of Swing Check Valve
Check valves are used in pipes under pressures between PN1.6~16.0MPa(Class150~2500Lb), working temperatures-196~600℃, They are used in industries include oil, chemistry, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, and power gene-ration to prevent the backward flux of the media.
The main structure features of Swing Check Valve:
1、The products feature a reasonable structure, reliable seal, good performance and nice modeling.
2、Either soft or hard seal can be selected for the product upon different working conditions.The sealing face is built up with Co-based
carbide alloy, leaving a better wearability, corrosion and scrap resistance and a longer duration.
3、Small opening pressure, the disc can be opened fully with a very small pressure differential.
4、Inside-set bolt-bearing structure reduces leakage and reliable use.
5、PN≥16.0Mpa (class1500), the middle cavity uses a self-tightening sealing structure to have the sealing performance reinforced along
with the pressure rise so as to ensure the sealing performance.
6、Different parts materials and different sizes for flange, butt-welding are available for sensible combination according to different working facts and customers' requirements.

- Q: how could you make a valve or a system so that when it is pressurized, if enough pressure is reached in the system the valve will open completely and remain opened until it is close manually?I'm thinking about this in the context of an air powered dart gun, so that the firing mechanism is like a piston, and when a certain air pressure is reached, the valve that connects to the barrel will open and fire the dart
- One thing you can do is get a pressure switch and a solenoid valve so that when whatever you are pressurizing comes to a certain level the switch will close it's normally open contacts and energize the solenoid which will open the valve. However as soon as the pressure level goes below the trigger level the valve will automatically close.

No one can tell you for certain what the outcome of this operation will be. The odds are very high that everything will go perfectly and he will fell better than ever before. There is a very small chance that he will end up worse To put the risks in perspective, a person i know had minor surgery to her knee - a simple 1 hour operation done at an outpatient clinic. Ten days later, a clot broke loose and she died in her sleep. I have had the same operation twice and didn't even miss more than a few hours of work. Another person i know had severe heart problems and docs said it was terminal, but an operation could prolong his life maybe 5-7 years. He had the operation and its now been almost 20 years and his cardiologist says his heart is healthy and there's no reason why he might not live another 20 years or more.

- HI You answered it your self... exhaust valve opening (EVO) is when the exhaust valve opens.. and the same for the intake (IVO).. When the EVO happens the motor pushes the exhaust (burnt fuel) out of the motor when the IVO happens it sucks gas into the motor to get burned and make power.. Exampe of a 4 strock motor. 1) piston goes down , sucking in air and fuel (IVO) 2) piston goes up compressing the air and fuel spark plug fires ignighting the fuel 3) piston goes down turning the crank powering the car from the explosion of Fuel. 4) piston goes back up pushing the spent fuel out. (EVO) then repeats. On a 4 cylinder car this happens 4 different times on an 8 cylinder car 8 different times and on 6 cylinder car 6 different times. - Ok, the computer did NOT say to change the egr valve. Post what the code number was. It may be a bad wire, faulty egr solenoid, plugged egr passage, bad DTFE sensor, broken vacuum line, etc, etc. There are tests that a real mechanic (not a parts salesman) can run to determine what the real problem is.
