- Q:So I just recently discovered what loose eyeshadow (pigments) are and they do seem to give off an amazing vibrant colour. However, I've been thinking can you still get the same vibrant colour with a really good cream eyeshadow as a base (over primer) and then pressed eyeshadow on top?I've been thinking about getting NYX loose pearl eyeshadows however, the thing is I have a lot of pressed eyeshadow palettes already. So, I've been wondering if I were to buy a good cream eyeshadow, such as Maybelline Color Tattoo and use that as a base before applying the pressed eyeshadow, would I get vibrant colour as well?I've been reading up reviews and I think it does the same thing however, I'm unsure. Also, are loose eyeshadows (when applied with medium) as easy to blend as pressed eyeshadows are?Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

- Q:Can I use ground espresso in a French press coffee maker?Would this be too strong? Would it make a mess?
- No, you can't. Here's why: 1) That fine of a grind will over extract be bitter. Larger chunks require longer for the flavors to release (20-30seconds for espresso vs 3-4 minutes for french press) 2) If you read the instructions included with a french press they warn against using too fine a grind. The reason isn't that it will get through the filter; it's that the grounds will clog the filter. If that happens, you won't be able to easily depress the plunger and the pressure may send scalding bitter coffee all over the place ( you).
- Q:I just bought a YUDU. Instead of heat setting the ink by ironing, I was told to get a heat press, it would be faster and easier.

- Q:I have been working out for a long time now. I am asking this qun. to all fitness pros. bodybuilders. If Front Press worksout the front delts (shoulders) then what does Back Press do ? I generally do back press with barbell.
- behind-the-neck shoulder barbell presses work out the same muscles as barbell front press, but it emphasizes the anterior deltoids to a much greater degree than standard shoulder presses because you're doing these presses in an unfavorable position. however, front presses should not be replaced by this as a standard mass or strength builder. i wouldn't recommend doing behind-the-back presses unless you've developed some form of shoulder strength and flexibility. having a spotter to help you on the heavier sets wouldn't hurt it either.

- Q:I have been a Plate maker in offset printing for 5 years and ran a digital press for a year is this Flexo press hard to learn and understand? What does the assistant press man do on a Flexo graphic press? Any info would help. Thanks.
- I am a former 4/color stripper, cameraman, platemaker. This is how it was done before computers. I have some knowledge of computerized stripping. I have been in the business for over 30 years. An offset press is an offset press. They all operate pretty much the same way. With water and ink. Flexo printing is done for labels that are put on bottles. Believe it or not the image is distorted in prep. This is because the label wraps around a cylindrical or somewhat cylindrical container. Believe it or not the distorted image comes out looking right because of the shape of the container. An assistant pressman's responsibilities will vary from shop to shop but you pretty much are helping fill ink fountains, putting up paper, hanging plates, setting color, and you get to wash up the press among other things. It has been awhile but I do miss it. If you are good you can write your own ticket to a certain extent. I am older now and it was kinda fun thinking about this. I hope at least some of this helps. - You are a slippery dud: What they call steroids? They were steroids. At least have the backbone to admit you were smuggling steroids across the border. They may or may not press charges. If they incarcerated every bonehead they caught with 2 bottles of nut shrinker they would have to build two new jails a week. You will be fined and probably harassed but they may take pity on the penal system and let you slide without jail time. Next time you decide to have one of your knucklehead adventures, don't try to slip one by the US Customs Service. They are smarter than you and probably stronger with all your steroid use. I take some very powerful drugs that are needed to treat a condition. When i travel, I always carry a letter from my doctor stating not only that i have these things legally but the exact nature of the condition I am taking them for. By doing things legally, I cross borders all the time and often, the same people see me the second time. They STILL ask for proof. Customs has a job to do and they do it well ... most of the time.

- There is not substitute for squats and leg press, and I think it is the most difficult to do, but anyhow anything close to squats and leg press is running, but that is going make you slim. You should be very careful while doing it, or you could face problem in your knee or hips when you are old.
