- Frosting press? Cookie press? For meringue? No. Not necessary. Take really big glops of meringue out of the bowl with a spatula, and set it on your pie in 3 or four sections, and carefully redistribute the meringue until smooth. Take a tablespoon and make the peaks with the back of it, or swirl with your spatula. Meringue is very delicate, being mostly air if you press it out, you will lose the air.

- the best thing you could do to get results with press ups at this stage (seeing as you can do more than 50 pushups) is to condense your workouts one set once or twice a week doing as many pushups as you can till failure. that's it. each time you do pushups try and do more than you did previously and that will help you get results. another good way to go about getting results with press ups is to switch to a more difficult variation whcih will decrease the number of reps you can do. you can also try wearing a backpack with weights put inside to weigh you down as you do the press ups.
