- Q:I want to know how to get a good cup of coffee using my new press.Thank you in advance.
- Using a french press is very simple. First you boil the water either on a stove or in a microwave, place 1-2 spoons of coffee in the press, and pour the water in for 3-5 minutes, When the coffee has soaked and brewed, press down with the plunger, and pour it into a cup.
- Q:I can curl 85lbs on a preacher table, squat 250, 75lbs skull crushers, leg press lbs, but for the life of me I can't bench 160+lbs I don't know why? I'm 26yrs old, 215lbs. I take pre-workout energy drinks, whey protein 2-3 times a day, and nitric oxide pills. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week up to 3 hours. All forms of bench pressing incline, flat, decline. - Impressive numbers on the other exercises, congratulations. 3 hours seems a might long to be in the gym, but if it's working great. Now, don't get me wrong on this, but when you hit the plateau on the bench press, did you ever consider dropping back the weight. Say you have tried 160 3 or 4 times, and went to 170, but hit a wall. Well, next time time try 150lbs in a few workouts, with more reps than you did with 160, and than go back to 155, 2 workouts, 160, 2 workouts, and 165, 2 workouts. We all hit a wall at one time or another, and the hardest thing for us to do, is drop back weight. One other side note, throw in a few extra dumbbell presses. This may have sounded corny to drop weight, but it does work. Good Luck
- Q:The title says it all but to be more descriptive, I like a auto key presser software,* something like when F5 is pressed, keys number 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 ,5 will be pressed by sequence with an interval of something like 2 seconds.* example:F5 is pressed.1 will be pressed then after 2 seconds2 will be pressed.then so on. - Do the actual keys need to be pressed or do you just need the result of the key having been pressed? It sounds like you want to learn macro programming. That's where you can record a set of keystrokes and have it activate by pressing a certain combination of keys. Usually you have to press two keys simultaneously and then a letter and that activates it. Do a web search. Type in the name of the program you're using and follow it with macro tutorial Good luck.

- I have love letters between my Grandmother and Grandfather before they got married from 1924 with pressed flowers in them. The flowers still has original colors, Blue, Red. Yellow. Of course they have not seen daylight but 2 or 3 times in all these years.

- No. You can't deny the press the use of your name. If, for instance, you appear in a court of law for some matter, the press have access can publish your name. Sometimes the court will supress a persons name if the press go ahead defy that suppression ban, they can be charged with contempt of court.
