- Q:I'm talking calf pressing with a leg press machine. I'm a 19 year old female athlete and each time I go to the gym I add more and more weight on and can still do it relatively easily. Right now I'm at around 650 lbs. I do around a 100 reps of it before my feet cramp and I stop. The only thing that is getting more difficult is lifting it off the safety catch. The actual calf pressing is easy. I just want to know if I will eventually be able to max out, or if I will even be able to try before my quads are just not able to lift the weight up.
- If you want to work your calves to failure, it's not hard to do. Use a calf machine. As for the leg press, there's no way we can know because we don't know how strong your legs are. However, you can always work to failure simply because there is always an upper limit to how many calf presses you can do. Try doing 1000 and if that's not enough do 10,000 reps...etc. So the rather obvious answer to your question is yes. Good luck and good health!! ?
- Q:My brother wants a french press coffee maker for christmas. I know NOTHING about these things. Where can I buy one for cheap? Should I include coffee with it to make it a better gift? - Bodum is a brand of French press coffee makers. No, you don't need to buy a filter for it. I think it's nice to get a bag of interesting coffee to make up the gift, perferably Fairtrade coffee and go for a strength 4 or 5 because it makes a better coffee for these sorts of presses. Bodum is good because they last, the glass is strong and when they press, the work soooo much better than the cheap ones. Check online, they aren't 'expensive' but more than ?5/$5 understandably because Bodum is a quality brand and it shows because of better design rather than something that looks like a French press but is inadequate or fragile and breaks 2 weeks later!
- Q:Also, is loose powder or pressed powder better for covering up discoloration?
- brush or compact pad...loose powder is better....u can apply more or less if u want...pressed powder is more confined...?

- Amber and Melissa are both right. Application is much better with a big, fluffy brush. Swirl it around the powder 2-3 times and lightly dust it over your face, focusing on oilier areas like nose/forehead/chin first. If you look cakey you've used too much; you'll be able to tell. If you choose to use the powder puff, pat, don't rub, and wash it out dry it if it starts to look dirty. Revlon's Nearly Naked pressed powder is super fine-milled, looks great, is easy to use and it's inexpensive. Have fun enjoy!

- If you can bench more than your body weight, you are doing fine.
- Q:i use a french press and i get small particles in my coffee that taste bad. what kind of filter can i use to filter those particles out? name a SPECIFIC product that i can buy.
- Don't do it! I can't be sure without more info, but I would guess that you may be using too fine of a grind. Grind your beans more coarsely. Also, be sure that you are pressing slowly and straight down on the plunger. If the plunger is tilted, it will allow for some grounds to enter your beverage. Don't refilter the coffee, this will not help the taste at all. Feel free to contact me if you need more help!

- I use loose powder. I don't think there would be much a difference of the way it looks on its just with loose you have more control of Howe much goes on. You should try a loose powder and just see which you like better.
- Q:okay so i pressed a button in the bottom left corner. i was trying to type z and i pressed one of those buttons (shift, CTRL, Fn, or Alt) and the whole computer screen like zoomed in so nwo everything is bigger and flatter...how do i fix this?
- why dont you press f11, if not, then press the lower right hand corner and it would say the percent of the page, lick on the black arrow to the right of it and you would be able to hage it back to normal, it has that on my labtop, if it doesn't work, then i guess our computers work differently.

- Shift + Prt Scr copies the whole screen to the clipboard or Alt + Prt Scr copies the current window, which you can paste to Windows Paint. If you click on one of the other icons and then back on the dotted square, you can select a rectangle and then Edit, Copy; then File, New; then Edit, Paste; then Save As a png or jpg file. Web search screen capture utility to find other related utilities.

What does that cost the author (ball park figure)? Does Amazon and places like that get to sell your book? How would an author self-publishing get the book to be sold at a Barnes and Noble store?
