- The French Press makes great coffee when done correctly. However, it cannot provide the steamed milk for lattes or mocha's and such. You can add dairy to your coffee that you have made in a French Press, but it will have neither the taste of cconsistencyof the 'specialty' coffees you have mentioned. It will simply taste like a great cup of coffee with dairy added...

- Wow, I'm 13 and Bench 145 O.o I recommend doing 7-12 reps of 70-80% of your max with 3-6 sets of this. ( That's around 145-150 and eating a big tuna Sandwch with a Pbj and a Glass of milk for lunch or with lunch and a bottle of gatorade 1 hour to 30 minutes before your workout. - I got mine at the local grocery store for around 20 dollars. It is not the greatest machine but it does the trick. Maybe buy a cheaper one to see if it works for you, i'm sure you can spend a lot more than $20 on one.

- Hi- This can be a tricky one my dear- the last thing you want to do is burn her hair, but it is not a loss case..*smiles* I would invest in Golden Hot products for useage when curling or pressing hair...Easiest way method - after washing her hair plait it in sections and let it *air dry*.......When you have your heating equipment heated go ahead and run the straightening comb through the hair..Be careful and dont get to close to the scalp.......It is bascially trial and error...meaning, I am sure you will nick her a few times before you get the hang of it...*smiles good luck
