Introduction
Stainless steel csk head chipboard screw with tapping threads , 2/3 threads body and harden material .
Advantages
1. Universal use .
Wood screw is used for wooden parts and allowed tolerance is more big than other screws because the wooden or plastic parts have good ductility , so one kind of screw can be used for many wooden or plastic parts only different for head and drive requirements .
2. Easy to operation .
every part of the screw is made carefully and keep them in the requested limitation so that it is very easy to be operated during use .
3. Much choice of the specification and design .
There are thousands of the sizes for the screws, and the points and the heads and drives can be designed specially to meet the different application .
4. Wide material sorts choosed .
Screws can be made of or from in different material that involves carbon steel , stainless steel , brass , alumiunum , copper and titanium etc .
5. Nice and smooth surface .
Screws are to be plated in different colors and which is also to be a anti-rust . and no any burrs .
6. Environmental protection .
All screws are meet the related environmental requirements from start to end .

- Q: Please help, I'm stuck on this problem:An aluminum wire and a steel wire, each of length 4m, are hung from the ceiling. A 7 kg mass is suspended from the lower end of each wire. The aluminum wire has a diameter of 1.1 mm. What must be the diameter of the steel wire if it is to stretch the same distance as the aluminum wire, so that the two wires maintain equal lengths after masses are attached? Young's modulus for aluminum is .70 x 10^11 Pa and for steel it is 2.0 x 10^11 Pa.
- The cross-sectional area of the steel wire must be (.70 x 10^11 / 2.0 x 10^11) of the aluminum wire. So the area of the Al wire is pi*(0.55mm)^2 = 9.50331778 × 10^-7 m^2 The area of the Steel wire must be 3.32616122 × 10^-7 m^2 now solve for the radius of the steel wire. A = pi*r^2 - r = 0.32538 mm d = 2*r = 0.65077 mm
- Q: Both wires are green but unsure if it is the top or bottom wire.
- get a test light and check them but make sure your not pushing the brake pedal down when testing
- Q: The wire I need only comes bare and I would like to try enameling it myself with polyester-imide or polyester-nylon, so that it comes out like magnet wire. What all would I need?
- You can't use bare copper for coil windings. It would be like having a shorted coil. The varnish or enamel gives a coating thick enough to insulate from shorting and thin enough to allow for efficient induction. I don't see how you can make a winding without it touching itself at some point. Most coils overlap.
- Q: I just read an article about a man who was electrocuted by a live overhead wire while trimming a tree. Horrible. My question is I see squirrels running on all the overhead wires. How do they not get electrocuted?
- You have to have a complete circuit. A man trimming trees may touch two wires at the same time or may touch one and the other wire is grounded causing the ground to act as the second wire. You cannot get electrocuted by touching just one wire. Technically, since one wire is grounded and we are on the ground we are touching one wire continuously. Also the squirl may be on a low voltage telephone wire or an insulated wire. If it's a bare wire and he doesn't jump onto the wire but rather reaches out from a tree and touches both at the same time he'll get shocked too.
- Q: i am trying to wire my aftermarket tailight, and it did not come with the plug in adapter as the original. The three wires coming out of it are glued together in a bell type casing. Pls Help!!
- The wire that is hooked to the tail light BODY is the ground wire. One wire goes to the brake light switch and the other one goes to the tail light hot wire. With a test light you can determine where each one is to be hooked to.
- Q: like lets i want to want to connect my speaker wires with other wires can i use elmer glue so that it sticks and will the wires still work?
- Nope - Elmer's glue won't conduct electricity. You can simply twist them together and wrap some electrical or plastic tape around them. You won't get a good connection, but it's usable. The easiest way is to buy some twist-on wire nuts to connect the wires.
- Q: im hooking a amp up and i need to run my remote wire to my ignition wire
- I have wired up alot of amps and the remote wire on the amp should be connected to the power antenna/amp turn on wire on the stereo head unit. This allows the amp to only turn on when the stereo is on. If you are connecting an amp to a factory stereo,I see why you would need to find an ignition wire. You need to probe the fuse panel with a 12 volt test light to find a circuit that only comes on with the key. Usually there is a spare accessory fuse location just for this. Buy a fuse tap or specialty fuse from a auto parts store to connect your remote wire to. There is very little current draw to turn on the amp,so almost any circuit on the fuse panel will work if it is only on with the key.
- Q: I removed my old door chime/bell a few years ago and replaced it with a wireless one. That one quit working and now I am attempting to install a new wired one again. The only problem is, when I removed my old one way back, I failed to label the existing wires to where they go. I have two wires coming out of my wall mount, one white, one brown and the both have a white and red wire sticking out of them. I am not sure which one/ones will connect to the FRONT and TRANS posts on my new chime. I don't have a rear door bell button so that is not a problem. Which wire goes to the FRONT and TRANS and do I cap off any of the 4 wires? My installation instructions don't cover the mindless mistake of not having the wires labled.
- If your old transformer is still working connecting the wires up wrong will burn it out in an instant. I have been there. The safest thing to do is locate your transformer and disconnect all the wires. Take the doorbell off and disconnect the wires. And then you have the chime off as well. Then use a continuity tester (has a battery and lights up or buzzes when the circuit is complete) and find out which wire goes where. You might have to string a temporary wire through the house to complete the circuit from downstairs to upstairs. Once you know which wire goes where you will be connecting a wire from one end of the transformer to the button a line from the button to the chime and a line from the chime to the transformer (a series circuit.) A voltmeter will tell you if the transformer is already burnt out. If you get a new transformer make sure you get one that matches the voltage requirement of the chimes (usually 16 volts.)
- Q: Say you have a 5 cm current wire carrying 10 A going from left to right. Directly 1 c.m below the left end of this wire is a long wire that is perpendicular to the first wire and goes out of the page. What is the net force on the 5 cm wire?I've tried using F=ILB with the I of the first wire and the B of the second wire.
- I didn't read the question so I was carefully working out the force. The wire is perpendicular to the first wire, so using the right hand rule you discover that the field it creates is PARALLEL to the first wire at this left end. The magnetic force is caused by the component which is PERPENDICULAR to the wire which is in fact zero. So there is no magnetic force at this point. As you move along the wire you get a diminishing amount of magnetism caused by the wire which is going out of the page but that field has a component which is DOWN the page. Therefore that part of the wire experiences a force which is into the page. ( take your right hand, put the thumb along the wire pointing to the right, the fingers point down the page, the palm points into the page which is then the direction of the force) I would be surprised if you were required to work out the magnitude of the force in this context. You can't use F= ILB because both the magnitude and the direction of the field varies at different points along the wire. If the perpendicular wire had been directly below the middle of the other wire there would have been no net force. If you were of a level where working out the force was appropriate you would need to set up the formula for B at various points along the wire, taking the vertical component only and integrate this over the range from 0 to 5 cm. Not a trivial mathematical task.
- Q: I NEED TO CHECK IF A WIRE IS GOOD ON A FITNESS MACHINE. HOW DO I KNOW IF ITS GOOD? WHAT SHOULD THE OHMS BE?
- any wire, unless it is very long or very thin, will measure zero ohms on an ordinary ohmmeter. But check for continuity does not completely check a cable. Most cables have several conductors in them, so you need to check each one end to end, and check resistance between the wires. Between them, it should measure open or infinite ohms. But the cable could still be bad. Tell us the details please. .
