Construction: Type S (SM\SF\SY)pump is horizontally installed, the inlet and the outlet are under the shaft. The casing and cover of the pump are divided along the axis. It is unnecessary to disturb inlet piping and outlet piping while maintenance.
Bearings: The two ends of pump are rolling bearings to support the rotor, the lubricated oil is grease, as the dia. Of outlet bellow 700mm, which get lubricated with oil.
Shaft seal way:
1)Soft packing seal
2)Mechanical seal(the outlet dia. Is bellow 800mm). Type SL is vertically installed, the inlet and outlet are under the shaft. View from the motor, the rotation of the pump rotor is clockwise.
3)According to requirements of customers, the rotation can be changed into counter clockwise.
Materials of tolerance parts: Type S: Cast iron
Type SM SY: Anti-friction cast iron, cast steel, and stainless steel.
Type SF: NiCr cast iron, stainless steel
