Conventionally, the discharge of domestic sewage in the construction basement, when sewage is unable to flow into sewage pipeline by gravity itself, there shall be provided with sewage collecting basin and sewage pump to discharge it to outdoor manhole. But this type of sewage discharge embodies many drawbacks in practical application, such as dirt easily deposited and clogged, need of regular manual cleaning, sewage pump often blocked and damaged by impurities, pollution to ambient environment by the foul smell during cleaning, and so on. Therefore, this type of sewage discharge has been proven nonideal.
WQP sewage powerful discharge equipment is a new generation product developed by our technical R&D personnel. It takes into consideration of the practical application conditions on site and focuses on the objectives to be economical, practical, environmental friendly and highly effective. It uses its filtration function to make the impurities and solid particles contained in sewage well stopped in impurity depositing chamber. When the water level inside collector tank reaches the preset level for pump start, sewage pump will be started to discharge the water in tank and the impurities in depositing chamber together into outdoor manhole. When the water level inside collector tank reaches the preset level for pump stop, sewage pump will stop. Here, a cycle of sewage discharge is completed. Every time in the process of discharge, the impurities inside depositing chamber can be cleared once. This has avoided impurity deposit and regular manual cleaning. As impurity does not go through the sewage pump, so that there cannot be any damage to pump caused by clogging. This equipment has been greatly favored by both new and regular customers.
Features:
Outstanding discharge capacity and no clogging. The sewage doesn't go through the impeller of sewage pump and there cannot be any clogging in sewage pump. This can lengthen the service life of pump. Besides, the discharge diameter is not limited by the size of impeller passage, and the maximum diameter of sewage can reach the 80% of the diameter of discharge pipeline. Environmental protection and no pollution. As sewage is stored and discharged under enclosed state, there will be no overflowing and foul smell, and no pollution to the ambient environment. In domestic sewage discharge pipeline, one-way valve can effectively resist the backflow of foul smell. . Free from cleaning. Sewage and dirt are firstly separated and then discharged together through back flushing function. Every time the equipment runs, dirt will be discharged once. Meanwhile, water tank can be cleaned once by self-flushing function. This has really realized the effect to be free from deposit and cleaning, and has greatly reduced the labor and expenses of daily maintenance. . Improvement of utilization rate in constructions. Products are designed with compact structure, elegant profile, small occupation space for easy installation and less space, which has greatly reduced the expenses of operation and civil engineering. . Automatic control system. The system is provided full-automatic control, manual/automatic switchover, timed alternated operation of primary and auxiliary pumps, automatic startup on high and low water level, failure warning, etc., which is suitable for building automation design. In addition, man-machine interface can be provided upon request to carry out visualized remote regulation, monitoring and maintenance.

- Q: I want to buy a 2000 Audi tt coupe that seems to be in good condition. The owner mentioned he has replaced the water pump. What could the reason be for having to replace the water pump? Could the car have over heating issues?
- Water pumps do not last forever. Since you do not tell us the mileage of this 2000 Audi TT I will hazard a guess that it has over 100k on the odometer, in which case it should have had at least one timing belt and water pump change in its past. There are quite a few other wear and tear items that should also have been replaced by now. Before you buy ANY used car from ANYONE you should have your own trusted Audi mechanic do a pre purchase inspection (PPI) on the vehicle as well as go over the maintenance records that the current owner possesses. Do not, under any circumstance just take the sellers word for anything.
- Q: I need to get my timing belt and water pump replaced, its been 100,000 km , just wondering, what exactly these things do, i want to know more about my car, and just how much this would cost to take care of, my dealership says almost a 1000, including labour, does this seem right.
- Never get a dealership to work on your car unless you're not paying for it. Get a good garage to do it for you instead. If you're mechanically inclined you might be able to do it yourself, but im not sure how hard it is since it sounds like your timing belt powers your waterpump (just makes it more difficult, whereas my car has a separate belt that powers my WP). Otherwise you got a honda engine in there it sounds like, so it's not going to be insanely complicated.
- Q: My 2000 Chevy Cavalier (2.4L) has been overheating pretty majorly (within a 10 minute drive!) when it's been super cold out, about 5F. I took it to the shop and they told me it was my water pump. Right after getting out of the shop, the problem went away for an entire week and the car's temperature has been at exactly what it's been for years - never past 195. It seems to be back now, though not as severe. It's about 20F now.Could the weather have to do with this??Why would the problem go away like that?I'm female and definitely do not seem educated walking into a shop so they can really tell me anything and I'll buy it. I just wanna see if the problem going away like that makes any sense, or if I should just wait out long trips until it warms up outside. It doesn't look like I'm losing coolant, though my low coolant light goes in and out.I have no idea. Thoughts?Thank you!!
- There's lots of possible damage that can occur in an overheat condition. Best to get it in somewhere with a laser temp gauge to track the problem in the system. There is a good possibility the thermostat is going bad if you are overheating and not losing coolant. That indicates a blockage to stop coolant flow.
- Q: Hello,Thanks for looking into my question. I am a little confused on the definition of a submersible water pump. I am assuming that they are actually submerged but that sounds a bit unlikely in my mind. I suppose if it has a GFCI setup built in with everything sealed beyond the portion that pumps, it would work submerged without any risks involved. Are submersible water pumps meant to be fully submerged? I am mainly interested in this information because I am concerned about the amount of noise they make, being submerged seems likely that they would not be able to be heard. Thanks.
- This type of pump is designed to run under water and when submerged will make little noise.
- Q: The water pump doesn't seem to be leaking but I do have a leak under the engine in a place I can't get to. The water doesn't seem to be getting to the upper hoses of the engine. I do hear a odd sound like lose rocker arms but its hard to tell where its coming from. This engine is to big for this boat there is no room to work on it except to pull the engine. What was Four Winns thinking??? A simple fix is a major repair. Thanks
- Welcome to the world of boating. We used to have to cut out a hole on the seats to change oil filters on the first service. I feel your pain! Your recirculating pump and your raw water pump are two separate systems. If your upper hoses are running dry I would check the raw water pump first. The rocker noise would concern me more. To separate the noise, run the engine on a garden hose attached to the incoming line inside the boat from the raw water pump when the lower unit is removed for the raw water pump job. That will separate the possible sources for the noise. If the noise followed the lower, check u-joints, gimbal bearing, gear housing. If it is still there, check the oil for water, and the recirculating pump, and valve lifters.(who knows, it might actually be a lifter.)
- Q: Yang Chengtai big, the pump power is too small, the water pump will be bad?
- No, only when the operation of the low lift point is super power (burning motor), high lift point operation, low efficiency, small amount of water, or even no water. For example, a nominal 10 meters pump, flow rate of 10 square / hour. The actual lift 15 meters, the water pump is small or no water. The actual head is 5 meters, traffic may 20 square / hour, this time may exceed current, the motor may burn.
- Q: I just had my water pump replaced and a coolant flush. 35 miles later, my MAL light came on and my mechanic said my thermostat needs replacement. Should this have been done with the water pump work, or could the work have caused the thermostat problem?
- Anytime I replace a water pump, intake gasket, or anything else where the coolant needs removal, I always suggest to my customers that we change the thermostat as well. Many times I just change it anyway. I tell the customers, but really don't offer an option! (of course if they say don't I will honor that, but no one has ever said that!) It is possible that during a flush some trash/scale got into the thermostat causing improper operation. With the thermostat removed, there is no restriction in the cooling system making flushing easier and more thorough. Now to answer your question, It is my opinion he SHOULD HAVE. That is not only an up-sell (even though I hate creating extra work) it is just an added value to the customer. He should also check belts and hoses, changing them (via customer approval) if needed. As a mechanic, the last thing I want is a comeback such as yours was because I at the very least didn't suggest a proper service!
- Q: Im looking for a battery powered water pump, or, solo powered water pump that will pump water up about 30 feet up and 30 feet out.I would like to bring water from a pond up to an out house, which s 30 feet away and 30 feet up from the pond.I know water is heavy, but if this thing only moved 50 gallons (a day for solar, at once for battery) that would be enough.Any links to products you have experience with would be appreciated.
- First, okorder has battery powered sump pumps but those only pump water to about 17 ft. You can search their web site to see if they have pumps for higher heads.
- Q: It has a small leak that started this day and it has 60000 miles on it , also new or rebuilt . What is the appr. cost tohave a shop do it ?
- Its not hard at all but you do have to have that special tool which is around $60.00. But if you are crafty you can make your own, easily. Don't go for a rebuilt one get a new own. Make sure that it is level before putting it on. We put one on my Z71 and found out it was slightly warped and had to go exchange it after trying to get it tight enough and never could.
