- I swear by my Dyson. I purchased mine about five years ago and it is still the best vacuum cleaner I've ever used. It is so powerful that it really does pull the dust from beneath the carpet. I've always been opposed to carpeting, because it's nasty, and most vacuum cleaners cannot get all of the dirt up. A Dyson can and will get all of the dirt up. It's good to know that my Dyson has also taken quite the beating over the years. It fell down the stairs when I backed into it, and, that wa three years ago. It works like a charm. Do yourself a favor and purchase a Dyson. They are worth the money and they really never lose suction.

- marydass...You know, I hate to say this, but have you tried that Swiffer? It doesn't kick out any dust, stuff sticks to the cloth and you shake it out til the job is done or the Swiffer gives up! They are inexpensive considering how long a cloth lasts, and you don't need to haul a vac out when it's time for a cleaning. Good luck - LT

- I personally have a Dyson. This is the best vaccuum cleaner I've ever had. It's kinda spendy ($500.00) but worth every penny. I use it on all flooring. It cleans like nothing I've ever seen, and its easy to maintain and empty. Also awesome on pet hair and kid messes!

- I suspect that blue and red paints were ones of the few things that managed to manufacture in high quantity and reasonable quality. Yellow and green colors sure looked dirty. White might look fine originally but soon became dirty from an actual dirt. If they would paint their planes red it would be a. silly b. too in your face as export of the revolution when such plane would land in other countries It leaves them with blue color only. They had red flag painted on the tail of their planes though.
