- Q:I accidentally turned my siren on silent with my remote and I have no idea how I did it. Does anyone know how to turn it off of silent or reset it or something. When I lock my car the siren don‘t chirp. Any suggestions? Please help.
- its in valet mode. open the door and hit lock unlock lock. the solid LED (the light that blinks normally when your alarm is armed) will turn off. If it doesnt work the first time, do it again.

- My 'ninety two Jeep would not have an alarm and for my section, i think of they're a waste of time. i've got considered too lots of them going off because of the fact the vehicle gets touched or bumped or the wind blows too annoying and that i've got observed the folk fairly lots forget approximately approximately them. My neighbor's used to bypass off interior the midst of the night and it in basic terms P|ssed me off because of the fact it became in basic terms the wind. They bypass off so easily that it is the Cry Wolf syndrome. BTW, I save my keys on a hook by potential of the front door. - use your key to unlock your car. The alarm will start sounding. Start your car and the alarm will stop sounding. It recognizes the key.

And yet it beeps.But heres where it gets irritating: Not only are we so conditioned to ignoring these alarms that we wouldnt suspect a crime, the person who owns the car lets it beep *because they cant hear the beeping.* Which means that the car alarm fails in every way possible.So whats the point of these things? Why are they even legal? If you cant hear it whats the point? If rain sets it off, whats the point? And who are these inconsiderate jerks that think their alarm is a good idea? - The original intention was that if a car was being broken into, some loud obnoxious thing would start screaming bloody murder and attract a lot of attention, thus discouraging a would-be car thief from stealing some nice set of wheels. Nowadays they don't get nearly as much attention as they did in the 90s, but they still get some attention as people think is that my car doing that? Also nowadays they've evolved into full car security systems, going as far as to shut down most the car's electrical system (or at least what doesn't pertain to the alarm :P) to prevent it from being hot-wired. Sorry about your troubles, but these things really do serve a good purpose, and are 100% legal.
- Q:Had this alarm system professional installed. When I first tested the remote start it worked, but I didn‘t know how to turn the remote start off. After fidgeting with it, I set the car alarm off while it was still remotely started (I dont know if this affects it). Long story short, I remote started the car, did something (maybe fried the brain from trying to turn off the remote start?), and now the remote start does not work. I just get a remote start error on my keychain. No parking light flashes or anything. Anyone know what‘s up?
- LEARN TO USE THE FRONT BRAKE I very rarely use the rear brake BECAUSE. the front brake is 100% of your stopping power in an emergency stop you need to be able to grab a handful of front brake know how hard to squeeze without locking the front wheel so practice this all the time you should be changing down gears as you slow down so that you are always in the correct gear for the speed the bike is doing so if your riding along at 40MPH in 4th gear you need to slow down. its clutch in down a gear front brake on clutch in down a gear. slow some more clutch in down a gear keep doing this until you stop with the front brake on the clutch in the bike in 1st gear. You can use the rear brake as well. but learning to use the front is most important hope this helps
- Q:Ok, i have a factory alarm in a scion tc 07, as of late, it hasnt been working properly. I arm it, lights flash, yet no horn/siren noise. It lock and all, but it doesnt beep. The alarm light went form blinking to a solid light. If i hold the panic button the lights including siren go off. So im assuming the siren does work. If i sit in my car, arm it, open either driver/passenger door, the siren doesnt go off. Anyone have any idea? If its my fuses, which one well it be? Any advice wil be greatly appreciated.

- Hay leave it just like it is your in good shape. The golden rule If it works.don't fix it ! If you go down clay road to Fry towards 10 there are a couple of tint/alarm shops. U get in trouble they sell new alarms installed $39-Up. Alarms are just trouble, after a year or sobut folks like the new toy, thing on their cars. Your in goood shape now.and your car runs fine, your lucky. (Houston-Moray F)
