Despite what many people think, you really cant put an expiration date on carpet, I dont see how he can really do this. Do not put the carpet in for all the reasons specified above. I dont know a single land lord who doesn't factor in normal wt. Unless there is overwhelming evidence that you completely destroyed the carpet, they dont have much on you. My step father went to court for this same reason, he was trying to sue for carpet that was about 5 1/2 years old, claiming that the previous tenants had destroyed it. The judge told my step dad, tough, carpet will be subject to wt.

Pour water over the stain before it dries. Have some heavy duty absorbent towels on hand step on them with shoes. This will dilute the stain and make it come to the surface. I have 3 boys, and they are always getting stains on my carpeting. This almost always works. If this doesn't work, you will need to try Tech Stain Remover, this is sold in grocery and hardware stores and is the best stain remove that I have tried so far. You put it on the stain for 3 minutes and blot it out with a wet cloth. Removes stains 99% of the time. Good Luck! I hope this helps you.

Q:I just bought two six week old puppies today; one for me and one for my boyfriend. we both love them to death but the thing is, I have a rug in my living room everytime we put them on the floor, they poop or pee on it. I guess the reason why is because its brown have pieces that come up as if its grass. the poop is real hard to clean out of it. I asked my mom to take it out the living room but I dont think she will. When we catch them doing it, we hurry up pick them up take them outside but by time we take em out, they're done. Its confusing because we think they want to get off the couch play but instead they poop pee then get right back on the couch fall asleep. my mom doesn't know that they've done it yet.
