1. For Polished Porcelain Tile, is the 30*60 available?
—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

- Q:Im going to put tile floors in my home, and working on a budget so i cant spend too much. question is I am undecided regarding the color, i found a brownish color tile kinda like sienna not to dark 16x16 and another beige with cream and is glossy with a design etch on it really nice, but in a 12x12 i think. anyway, i really like the sienna color for the living room, kitchen, foyer and hallway, but i dont think it would look right in the bathroom, i like the beige for the bath. i have a very small bathroom so wold it look weird to have two diffrent tiles in a home? i plan to paint my living room in a grayish blue color french blue i think its called with white trim but still undecided in bathroom i really need some advise on this so if anyone knows please help
- You can use as many different styles of tile that you choose since you won't be viewing both rooms at the same time. The 16 x 16 would work fine if your kitchen is a decent size. I have a rather small bathroom and I installed 12 x 12 tile on the floor, walls, and shower enclosure and I love it. The less grout you have to deal with, the easier it is to take care of tile. Installation was messy (it was my first attempt at laying tile), but I would do it over in a heartbeat. By the way, I was told you have to have at least 1/2 inch spacing between tiles, but that just isn't so. I would have been better off using a 1/4 inch spacing.

I laid the tiles out starting from the center and working outwards. When I lay the tiles in place do I again start at the center, or do I start from the edges, or doesn‘t it matter?3. What is the best way to prevent lippage? As this is slate there is a good amount of variation. Do I just back butter each tile so that it is as high as the highest tile in the room? How do I manage to do that properly?
- Others might disagree, but here's what I suggest: 1. I take up at least a few rows of tile at a time, carefully stacking them in order. 2. Layout should always be done using a center line. There are options for the installation: - If you carefully snap or draw lines for each row on the Durorock and do not use spacers you can start wherever you want, for example against a far wall so that you don't work your way into a corner. - If you only use a center line and rely upon spacers, then you need to start at the center. Tiles tend to drift from each other slightly when you install using spacers, so if you start in the center and work in both directions the net drift toward the edge will be half as much as it would if you work from one edge all the way to the other. - I always draw lines for each row when I do a diagonal installation. I install the longest row first and the work away from it toward the opposite corners. 3. Once I mix a batch of thinset, I don't want to fuss much with tile thickness. So before I even lay the slate tiles out on the floor I sort them from thickest to thinnest. Individual tiles often vary in thickness from one corner to the other; others might have consistent thickness but be dished (not flat). These tiles are candidates to be cut for edge pieces, or they might not be worth using at all. Anyway, I layout the tiles from thickest on one side of the room to thinnest on the other and only need to butter a thin corner of that occasional irregular tile that is pretty enough to be worth the hassle. 4. - Laminate tile will be a better bet if you are doing it yourself. It is easier and less likely to pull up. I would go to Home Depot for it. They usually have some of the best brands. They can be anywhere from $5 for twelve tiles to however much you can imagine. Prices are drastically different in different stores and places.

- Ceramic tile quality identification and standards are as follows: (1) glazed: carefully watch the glazed, glazed should be smooth, delicate; (2) color: a few pieces of ceramic tile together, in the light under a careful look, a good product color is very small. The color between the products are basically the same: the poor product color difference, the color shades of different; (3) porcelain degree: the color of the tiles, color clear and natural, that porcelain high degree of color is not clear, the porcelain degree is low; 4) color: color patterns to be delicate, realistic, no obvious lack of color, broken, dislocation and other defects;
- Q:Should I put in a ceramic tile shower or cultured marble shower? Which would provide a better return when selling the house?
- I would go with the tile. In fact, we just ripped out our tuba and shower to replace cultured marble. The marble is a little dated right now and will only look more so in the future. Our house is only about 10 years old but the cultured marble looks a little too '70's and '80's to me. Also, there are many more choices for style and color with tile and it gives you the opportunity to customize the look with much more detail. Let's put it this way, when my wife and I were looking for tile ideas, I visited quite a few new home constructions sites in nice areas....houses in the 700K to $1 million dollar range. In every case, all the bathrooms were tile jobs, not a single cultured marble bathroom. If you do decide to tile, you probably want to consider tile that would appeal to most people. You want to stay away from the shiny, 4 ceramic tiles in bold colors that were popular years ago. Today, natural stone or natural stone looking ceramics are very popular.

The perimeter of the hot tub is 4s, and the perimeter of the whole installation, including the tile is 4(s+2). 4(s+1), ignoring units, would give the number of tiles required for the border, which if multiplied by the area of one tile (1 ft^2) would give the area of the tile border. (s+2)^2-s^2 = s^2 + 4s + 4 - s^2 = 4s + 4 = = 4(s + 1) sq. ft. is also the area of the tile border. So they are the same, if you account for the difference in units.

- The best answer, of course, is to pull the tile. If you want, however, you can go right over the top by gluing a sheet of 1/8 or 1/4 sheet product (lauan or cheap paneling) over the tile using mastic. Making sure it is level and solid, you can then apply laminate directly over the top. I've done it on two remodels on rental properties and it worked just fine.
