- Wow you have sooo many options with a brown or beige sofa almost any warm tone color will work with brown and any cool or warm tone with beige. You definitely have more options with beige but its harder to keep clean. With beige you can do anywhere from aqua blues, yellows, pinks reds, oranges and yellows. With brown I would stick with colors that make it pop such as peaches, oranges, yellows and reds. Anthoer good idea is to use throw pillows choose lighter shades in the summer and spring and deeper shades in the fall and winter. Its an inexpensive way to change the look of the place without committing to one look and getting tired of it. Good luck. :-)

- A okorder . Click on Home, Cleaning, Articles. Scroll down to How to Clean a Leather Sofa. Please do not use saddle soap or any waxes to clean your leather. They will leave a residue that will change your color eventually. There are specific leather conditioners that you can buy to keep your leather supple, but they are not for cleaning either, just conditioning.

- Bright orange or maybe lemon or raspberry cusions. Not all together but anyone of these colours would look good. If you have towels teatowels clothing or anything in these colours just place them on the sofa and stand back and see if you like the colour against the sofa before you buy the cusions. I know this sounds strange but if will give you a rough idea on what it would look like in the cusions. Patterns look better as well and add another dimention to the sofa If it is too much pattern just have one or two pattern cusions and a couple of plan ones with a colour picked out from the patten ones. Hope you understand my meaning. Also a good idea would be to google: home decour what colour goes with blue/grey sofa
- Q: i live in the states but i am currently in germany visiting my husband because he is in the us military and is stationed here. i have been here for almost two weeks and upon my arrival my husband was told i was only allowed to stay for 90 days, however, i have done some research and learned that i do not have to adhere to the 90 days because i am staying on a us military base and i may exceed the 90 days as long as my passport has a SOFA stamp which proves i am a dependent of a us soldier stationed in a foreign country or something like that. my questions are:do i have to be command sponsored and living with my husband in germany to be able to obtain a SOFA stamp ?if not, what are the required documents needed to obtain a SOFA stamp ?where can i go to get the SOFA stamp ?any additional information is appreciated. please and thank you so much for your help i am looking forward to staying longer than 90 days because i want to be with my husband as long as i can before he has to deploy.
- In order to gain sofa status u must be in your husbands orders to the overseas base. He has to hav accompanied orders and you listed as the dependent who is accompanying him. When me and my children pcs'd with my husband upon entering the country over seas in which he is stationed I had to present my husbands orders. To obtain my sofa license which allows you to drive in another country and work I took the class on base and received if from security forces my husband is air force. But I do know that you can stay longer than 90 days if you exit the country and then return the following dAy,you can research Germay's visa laws and it will mention something about getting a longer visa. This is your best option or your husband can put in to amend his orders so they are accompanied and you can move there for the remainder of his tour. Depending on how long he has left of his tour it may not be worth it because amending orders takes time.

- Free plans for something like what you are asking are limited to a few wooden garden benches unless you find some really out of the way site that doesn't show up very high in the searches. There are many places that offer inexpensive plans for things like futons, nice benches with backs and other sofa like furniture. There are too many to list here, but a google search on wood sofa plans turns up quite a few.
- Q: How can I safely clean my cotton sofa?
- I don't know that you can satisfactorily. It is best to have a professional come in and clean it for you; the risk of getting the batting over-wet is too great and you won't know you did that for at least a month when the mould grows under and through it. Some places use a water-based cleaner and a vacuum type cleaner to clean sofas, but they know just how much to add to it to avoid over wetting it. You can freshen it up with things like Febreze, but actual cleaning should be left to professionals.
