What are the materials?
Our rattan furniture is woven by hand with environment-friendly PE rattan on strong powder-coated metal or aluminum structure with soft cushions and pillows. The cushions are usually replaceable and washable.
1)PE Rattan/PVC Rattan/Poly Rattan/Synthetic Rattan: durable and UV and weather resistant
-- Round Rattan is usually more durable than flat rattan and more expensive.
-- Plenty of rattan colors are available for selection and the well-received colors are listed as follows: Changing Brown, Charcoal, Dark Brown, Cream, Beige, Grey, White, etc.
-- Rattan Size: Our common round rattan diameter: 2.4mm, 2.5mm, 2.9mm, 3mm, 3.3mm, etc. Our common flat rattan width: 6, 8, 10, 12 mm, etc.
2) Structure/Framework: Top Graded and powder-coated
--Strong metal structure is adopted if not asked. Aluminum structure can also be made at a higher cost. Aluminum structure is lighter in weight.
3) Cushions and pillows: water-proof and with zipper, replaceable and washable

- Try soaking a cotton pad with rubbing alcohol and try to rub the black one off. The red ink is going to be a problem. You may be able to use the same thing, but try it in the least conspicuous place first. You may want to call in a professional upholstery cleaner. It would probably be worth the price.

- You cannot shop for price if you want a good cushion. The reason is that the price of foam that the cushions are made of is very high.Foam cost is related to the price of crude oil, energy, and including gasoline! No throw pillow from a major department store is any good. Maybe Macy's or Nordstrom. Feel the sofa pillows from Wal Mart or similar store. Way too soft. Also cheap sofas ; Sitting on the cheapest you can sink almost all the way to the floor! Knees clear up to your nose! We recently had the six cushions on our sofa replaced and the price was 1,300! And we shopped carefully beforehand. Dense foam simply costs a lot of money.

- Go to the shoe section in any store and buy something called Saddle Soap. It looks like a shoe polish but it lathers up and cleans the leather without drying it up...it actually puts moisture into it. Then wipe something called Mink Oil on it and u will keep it clean and soft with out spending money on expensive leather cleaners that don't work. All together these should cost you about 5 bucks.
- Q:Just bought a second hand couch and loveseat...im pretty pissed now because I get it home and because I do not have a dog, now I can smell it. I tried everything...EVERYTHING...I heard vinegar works. Its a microfiber set, will it even soak in? Has this method worked for stubborn smells such as this for anyone? - When you can't be there to supervise, use a crate. But only for 2 hours at a time, maximum. It's up to you to correct the behaviours you don't want - but good luck if you have two puppies at the same time, unless you are experienced! It's not a good idea to have two as they will tend to listen, follow, each other, rather than you. Prevention/avoidance is always the way forward and if they are getting at your sofa, remove dogs from sofa, or sofa from dogs. Problem solved.
