2. Electrical control system
With PLC control, the electrical control system enjoys better reliability and safety. Produced by professional manufacturers with advanced foreign technology, the electrical elements feature service lives that are 3 or 4 times longer than that of domestic products, less faults, easy maintenance and repair as well as reliable operation.

3. Technical features
• The crane boasts of multiple operation modes and wide application. The crane can work in different forms: stationary crane with embedded outriggers, stationary crane with under-frame, stationary crane with embedded bolts and crane anchored to wall, thus being applicable to various construction projects.
• The complete machine adopts internationally well-received beautiful shape;
• The crane features high working speed and excellent speed regulation performance. Stepless speed regulation by frequency control, the world's most advanced solution, is adopted for the trolleying mechanism and slewing mechanism, thus ensuring more stable and reliable operation ;
• The cab is independently installed externally with good vision and large inner space, thus offering a good working environment for operators;
• A variety of safety devices are equipped, which are all mechanical or mechatronic products that are applicable to severe working conditions, so as to ensure the tower crane's reliable operation.

6 FAQ: Installation of tension-bar bracket.

Fix four tension bar brackets on the fourth, the fifth and the sixth section’s upper chord of jib frame respectively. The sixth section is equiped with two brackets.

Caution: Insert the plate at low part of tension-bar bracket into jib web member space, or else, the bracket will unfunction. Tighten the bracket bolts to prevent the tension bar sliding.  Bind tension bar with upper chord of jib by plumbum thread at proper position, which can prevent the tension bar sliding. Cut the plumbum wire when lifting the jib.

Q:Which one is right? Are there two different kinds? This bird is confusing me.
Whooping Crane is the name for the tallest bird in north america. A whopping crane is just a big-*** crane.
Q:i live in cali and these things are really starting to piss me off!!!!!!! I never noticed any before ( when i lived in colorado) but it seems lately that they are all over!!!! every time i open my damn door AT LEAST 5 of them come in! THERE SO GROSS with there big hanging legs! EWWWWW! Anyways, when will they go away and what do i do to keep them from getting in my house?
The crane fly season only last for a month or so. There are years when they can reach almost plague proportions but within another 2-3 years their numbers should return to normal.. They can cause some damage to farm crops but the good news is that they are harmless to us.
Q:Do they come all the way down?
the operator turns the engine off and puts the crane put it into safety mode so it doesnt hurt near by workers and open the door of the crane but before he does anything els he first turns on the alarm on so no one steals the 5 ton crane when the operators in the bathroom taking a crap/piss doing whatever...
Q:where do they live, and what do they look like
ive seen blue herons here in maine they are garyish with long legs and beeks they stand very still so they can catch there food with long beeks
Q:A crew built this huge crane to build an office building next to my house.... There is a huge flag hanging from the top of it.... Why does the construction company do this???
Wind becomes an issue when lifting large loads with a crane that has a long boom. On some large cranes you may see an anemometer near the end of the crane's boom. The crane operator will usually not make certain heavy lifts if the wind speed is too high. If the crane does not have an anemometer, they may be using a flag to tell them the direction of the wind and to give them a rough estimate of wind's speed.
Q:Hi, considering joining a fujian white crane kung fu club, just looking for information on the internet. need videos and photos and descriptions about it. any links? thanks!

Q:What is the difference between crawler crane and tower crane?
There are many differencesThe crawler is used to transport items in a smaller range of motion (site)A tower, used for construction, stationary, or maneuvering along a railroad track.Crawler can easily reach the magnitude of 50 tons or moreMore than ten tons of tower are relatively commonTrack internal combustion engine, hydraulicTower type general power consumptionWait, wait......
Q:what is the common cause of crane accidents
Although mechanical failure does occur, most crane accidents are caused due to human error. Here are some examples: 1) Operating a crane during adverse weather conditions, such as wind conditions 2) Overloading a crane/ improper load calculations 3) Inexperienced or untrained personnel 4) Improper rigging of the load 5) Bypassing safety devises 6) Improper selection of the crane for the environment (ground conditions, power lines etc.) based on the type of load 7) Shock-loading a crane 8) Failure to perform maintenance and inspections in accordance to manufacture specifications I hoped this helped Cheers
Q:I'm making 1000 origami paper cranes. I started 2 days ago and have 135 done so far but I was wondering what do to with it after. I don't want to just make them and have them sit in my room forever.
Well if you don't want to keep them you can look up organizations that wish to use them for a project. There are a lot for Japan, one that was organized recently for the tsunami was accepting cranes for a fundraiser (every crane sent in earned a certain amount of money with the finished collection being placed in an art museum). I know some hospitals accept cranes for the children's ward, that is what my class did in elementary school we made 1000 and the hospital used them as decorations for the Christmas tree. Then there are individual projects that people start online with which they are accepting cranes to fulfill the one thousand mark for people they know who are sick etc. (relates to the story behind the 1000 paper cranes practice). As a side note if you contact the organization you find a lot of the time the shipping is prepaid you just have to drop them off at the post office. Hope this helps.
Q:A few years ago, my college decided to take down two multilevel dormitories. The demolition company decided to take it down piecemeal with a wrecking ball. The wrecking ball was attached to the crane via a very large tire (just the rubber part, not the inflatable part). I have seen this done on normal cranes and other wrecking balls on TV and was wondering if any professional construction people out there know why they would do this as to me, a guy not in the construction/demolition business, think that might be a bit unsafe.
Shock absorption. The ball swings toward the building and hits, the energy of that swing is mostly dissipated into the building but also into the cable and cable connectors as the ball bounces back. That shock of the impact resonates and gets dissipated by the tire. It reduces wear and tear on the cable and cable connectors, also on the crane tower. Your car engine has motor mounts of the rubber type of material and it absorbs the resonating vibration of the engine. I have seen the cable connectors, interesting to say the least. The strands are interlaced sometime, and other times I see them clamped together. It would seem important to protect those joints. I do not know all of the crane business terminology, but that would be the gist of it.
