• Trolleying mechanism: BP185; power: 18.5 kW.

2. Electrical control system
With PLC control, the electrical control system enjoys better reliability and safety. Produced by professional manufacturers with advanced foreign technology, the electrical elements feature service lives that are 3 or 4 times longer than that of domestic products, less faults, easy maintenance and repair as well as reliable operation.

3. Technical features
• The crane boasts of multiple operation modes and wide application;
• The complete machine adopts internationally well-received beautiful shape;
• The crane features high working speed and excellent speed regulation performance. Stepless speed regulation by frequency control, the world's most advanced solution, is adopted for the trolleying mechanism and slewing mechanism, thus ensuring more stable and reliable operation ;
• The cab is independently installed externally with good vision and large inner space, thus offering a good working environment for operators;
• A variety of safety devices are equipped, which are all mechanical or mechatronic products that are applicable to severe working conditions, so as to ensure the tower crane's reliable operation.

6 FAQ :Connecting upper bracket with slewing supporting (Has been connected before the crane leave factory)

Slewing supporting has been connected with slewing tower before the crane leave factory. slewing supporting is connected with slewing tower by 40 M24×180 highstrength bolts with 640N·m pretightening moment.Lubricate screw part of bolt and nut end before tightened. To assure all bolts have the same pretightened moment, tighten bolts several times at circumference, the bolts should be locked by double nuts to avoid looseness.

Q:crane signals?
There are hand signals which are used by men not operating a larger crane for hoisting,lowering,stopping, holding and slow. There are more but you would get a better idea in the link below. Scroll to pictures. 2nd link is a place to purchase placards or magnetic backed visuals.
Q:when a skyscraper is done being built, how does the crane come down?
Most probably you are referring to the Tower Crane. Interesting questions should have followed, like: How is it constructed while the construction is in progress? How is the placement of the Tower Crane determined? What happens to the space occupied by the Tower Craneafter work completion? How far should the 'boom' (the arm that has a moving pulley) go? Anyway, your question is a good one, because when I had my first construction work, the Tower Crane was already there and I was thinking of how to dismantle it afterwards. The dismantling process, is done part by part, set by set starting from the top going down. Another interesting question is: How would that excavating truck or bulldozer be able to get out of that deep matt excavation after all excavation works have been accomplished? It is interesting to note that an earth ramp is created while excavation progress, until the machine is down deep in the excavation and seems that it is impossible for it to get out after excavation work is done?
Q:How often should the crane be inspected regularly?
Crane safety supervision regulations twenty-fourth in lifting machinery safety regular supervision and inspection cycle for two years, elevator and manned elevator safety regular supervision, inspection cycle for a year.Eighteenth lifting machines should check the lifting machines regularly, including annual inspection, monthly inspection and daily inspection:I. at least one full inspection shall be carried out annually on the lifting machinery used.The load test can be carried out by lifting the heavy load which is equivalent to the lifting weight, and checking the safety performance of the mechanism such as lifting, running, turning and amplitude according to the rated speed.Lifting machines which have not been used for more than one year should be examined comprehensively before use.Crane in case of four or more earthquakes or major equipment accidents, outdoor work crane after more than nine winds, should be used before a comprehensive inspection.
Q:She was editing some of his writings. She was appalled(prim proper Nebraska gal) by his lack of punctuation. He said he didn't have the time for it. He was right. Shortly after he died of TB. Do you ever feel that time is your enemy; that you have only so many years to make a difference?
Due to my present situation, I have thought about this many hours. Many days. Many months. Time, or the lack of it, is generaly considered the enemy. But there are situations that the less of it can be a blessing. None of us can ever know which we will wish for. Until that time comes.
Q:my class is supposed to start reading poems/short stories by Stephen Crane.why should i look forward to his work?
Well, you know he lived in the late 1800s, so you probably have an idea of what his poetry will sound like. Then you read some of it, and the effect is sort of like walking into what you think is going to be a prissy hair salon and being whacked over the head with a bunch of bananas wielded by a glow-in-the-dark green monkey from Jupiter. Crane's stuff is that weird. And I mean that in a good way.
Q:I don't understand why or how they still exist. I know I'll get some answers saying they're part of the food chain but what animal on earth would get a sufficient meal from one of these?
What is the point of humans for that matter... And yes I am going to give you a food chain answer. You see, crane flies start off in the water as a larva. The larva is fat and plump and fairly large compared to the adult crane fly. While in larva state the crane fly larva is a sufficient food source for many aquatic creatures such as crayfish and other nymphs such as dragonfly nymphs. While in adult form the crane fly is consumed by many birds, while it may not be a sufficient meal itself, it is one less insect that the bird consume to be satisfied.
Q:Hi! I'm only going into 9th grade, but I'm getting a head start on chooising a college. I am absaloutley positive I want to be a musician. Hopefully a singer/songwriter, but my plan B is music production. So, I'm going to put Juliard aside (lol)and here are my choices right now:Crane School of Music,Fredonia School of Music,and Berklee School of Musicplease give me your opinion on those schools, and if you could suggest any others, please do. I need all the information I can get...Ive been doing alot of research but now I need other people's opinions. thanks :)
Forgive me, but as far as I am concerned, rap is noise, not music. It may not be offered as a course because some other people also feel that it is noise rather than music.
Q:Who invented the tower crane, please?
Tower crane originated in Western europe. The first patent on tower cranes for construction was issued in 1900. In 1905, a crane with a boom was fixed in the tower.
Q:like a really really clear set of instructions. or a video. but evrything i have tried confused me.
there's a website called origami club that has pretty easy tutorials also tons on youtube.
Q:i have 5 tower cranes outside my window at different construction sites and they all position their cranes the same direction at the end of the day. is there a reason for this.
I can think of a few reasons. The first 2 are safety related, the 3rd is work-efficiency related. 1. To minimize wind loading for the expected wind-direction overnight. 2. To minimize damage to the surrounding area should a failure happen and a crane fall (similar to felling a tree in a forest so it falls in the direction the lumberjack wants it to fall). 3. To leave the boom over the worksite for the next morning's first pickup (so, it would be a coincidence that all the pickup sites were at the same angle relative to the booms). .
