- That kind of driving sure doesn't help to prolong the life of the bearings..When changing bearings I always use dealer parts.They are a bit more expensive but seem to last much longer then jobber parts.I went through 2 cheap bearings to save money and ended up putting on the right ones from the dealer.Haven't had any problem after that..Tell her to slow down and save some money..The harder you drive ,the more it costs..

- The bottom end rod bearings on that model are roller bearings. If they need to be replaced a dealer has to pull apart the 2 piece crank and press it back together. Not a do it yourself job. I can't help you with finding parts

- it may be good for internal bearings it sounds like it's exatally like wd-40 which isn't a good spray for bearings only because it leaves a residue behind that'll collect more dust and dirt and do more harm. You're best to get the silicone sprays like that bearing factory one, I know it costs more but it's a lot better and a can that big would last almost a liftime because it doesn't take much to lube a skateboard bearing, or even 8 of them.

I think I have a slight rod knock and am going to try and replace the bearings but I wanted to know if I have to replace the main bearings too or if there is a way to know. - Main Bearings make Racket or thump when You Push Pedal Accelerate: As opposed to Rod Bearings that knock when You let off Gas Pedal; I would do an Overhaul if I needed Main Bearings;

- The bearings that come with it will be good enough. I wouldn't recommend getting Bones Reds unless your board is so slow once you get it. Well, I wouldn't recommend Bones Reds period. HKD abec5 bearings are the same price, and they last much longer without maintenence in my experiences.
- Q: I have a 2001 Nissan Maxima Se, when i jack tha car up (on the driver side) my wheel is loose, obvisouly with the lug nuts screwed all tha way in, i talked to a few people, but they sed it could be my Wheel Hub or my bearings, i don't know, i just don't wanna get robed blind, wat would be a reasonable amount of money + labor to fix either tha hubs or tha bearings on tha one side???
- I'd call a few shops and get some estimates. I never heard of a hub causing the wheel to shake, maybe you outta go to a national chain that does free estimates and have it checked out by a professional.

- I think this stuff should be fine, though I don't know if it will help speed up your bearings. I've used WD40 on my bearings before and it didn't seem to hurt, so you should be okay to put this stuff on. I would also recommend that you check in with a local skate shop and ask what they would consider before you put it on just in case.
