I don't get involved much with burglar alarms, but this question is similar to a fault with an alarm going off occasionally at midnight and at 7 am which I came across a few years ago. It turned out that the alarms backup battery had failed, and when the Economy 7 electricity supply switched from day rate to night rate, (at midnight) and night to day rate (at 7 am), the alarm was triggered, probably due to a voltage drop for a fraction of a second during the change over. Replacing the battery cured the problem. Maybe this is what is happening to you. Hope this helps.

- The catalyst is like an activator with the resins I've used. Once resin is dry, it is heat resistent to a point and once the temperature rises above that it will melt. For example, I have cast resin statuary in the garden which experiences temperatures over 100 degrees where I live and it doesn't melt.
