Application

YH49-1

Used to welding steel for ship building)A32,E32,D32,A36,E36,D36) and mild steel products with strength at 490N/mm2 degree, such as mild alloy steel 16Mn,15Mn etc. to produce turn ace, rubes for vessel, contained building etc.

YH50-6
(3Sil)

Apply to ships of steel (A, B, D, E, A36, D36, E36) and at the same level of intensity of low-alloy steel welding important structures. Such as containers, vehicles, construction machinery, semi-automatic and automatic gas shielded welding.

YH-60

Used to coal machinery and heavy machinery for welding, oil pipe lines etc.

YH-70

Used to coal machinery and heavy machinery for welding, oil pipe lines etc.

Q:home, thermostat, wiring
green wire is 24 volts from the t-stat to the indoor fan relay, i promise! unless it's a trane. trane has their own wiring codes and i don't remember trane wiring at this time. i can look it up but don't want to. green goes to the indoor fan relay, for real. the fan relay energizes 110 volts and turns the indoor fan on. be careful jacking around with that stuff. remember, you have low voltage from the transformer and t-stat and high voltage everywhere else. the outside stuff is 220 volts. ZZZZZZZZZZZZ!
Q:I live in a condo and Im trying to wire a new light. When I wire it, it stays on constantly despite hitting the switch. The wiring Im dealing with is as follows. At the switch on the wall, there is a red wire, brown wire connected to the switch. A green wire connected to the box in the walll behind the switch. In the ceiling there is a brown wire, green wire, and a white wire wrapped with an unstripped red wire.Coming from the fixture are black, white, green.Ive tried connected black-brown, white-white green-green but the light stays on no matter what. Also tried white-brown, black-white, green to bolt. Still the same thing happens. Not sure what to do.
Assuming (and one never should) that the red wire at the switch is actually stripped and around one of the two terminal screws, then it should be correct, previously this ceiling box must have been being used for possibly a smoke detector or anything that they wanted to remain hot... but you should be able to (and either turn off the breaker, remove the fuse, or at least make certain that the switch is in the off position if you can, and look closely, often they get installed upside down, but dont confuse this with three and four way light circuits, lol) strip this end of the red wire at the ceiling box and wire nut green to green, white to white, and the remaining black (should be) from the light fixture to the red you stripped, this should solve the problem for you. Michael
Q:I recently purchased a used car already wired for an amplifier, however, when I looked at the wiring i found that the installer ran 8 gauge wire and then crimped it to a 12 gauge wire (with fuse) that connected to the battery is this bad? should i change it to 8 gauge? Or does it not matter?
As long as the middle of the wire is not grounding at all. You will be fine. You can run any size gauge wire as long as it connects at each end real good and gets a good connection. The best way instead of crimping anything at all is to get a 100amp fuse where one wire end goes into a slot on each side and a screw holds it tightly. You can run the eight gauge to one side and run the twelve out of the other and thats the best way and safest way to do it so you have no crimped hack jobs on it. -Shawn
Q:Wires in the dash*Radio constant*Radio Switched*Radio illumination**please match these up with the options below**Wires on the stereo itself*Dashboard Light Dimmer Switch*Amplifier Remote or Power Antenna (Positive +)*(fuze) yellow memory (negative -)*(fuze) red 12v (positive +)if someone could please help that would be great-since the wires were replaced i cant go by color
Car radio wire constant to stereo yellow memory. Car radio wire switched to stereo red 12v positive. Car radio wire illumination to stereo Dashboard Light Dimmer Switch. Don't forget to ground the black wire on the unit to the ground wire from the car harness. An extra ground strap to the chassis is a good idea also. If you don't have an amp or a power antenna, cap off the blue Remote/Antenna wire.
Q:I need to use quot;insulated copper wireor quot;enamel covered copper wirefor a project...I used normal copper wire and obviously it failed. Can this be like normal copper wire with plastic/rubber coating around it, similar to electrical wire? Or is it something special?
Insulated copper wire is just another term for electrical wire that has insulation on it. Yes, you use normal copper wire that is insulated with rubber, plastic or enamel. Enamelled wire is the stuff you see in motor windings, comparitively fine and coated with transparent enamel for insulation.
Q:what is the best wire to use for a chainmail
Costume or 'Historically Correct'? You can buy soft iron or aluminum wire in any gauge you can 'knit'. ( 14 is about right for Al., 16 for iron.)
Q:i have a 00 gmc yukon and tried installing my cd deck. i pulled off the original harness from the stock deck radio and now its just all wires (its my first so i didnt know), i connect the alpine deck wires and tried to connect them all together. i had a few figure out, except a small noise coming from my stock tweeters every time i step on the pedal. then my speed odometer sensor was going with the bass of my subs... whats wrong? can someone find me a chart of what color wires supposed to go where? thanks for your help
Hey bro why dont you buy a wiring harness from best buy or OKorder it can cost u like 10 bucks or so and it will be alot easier to connect the head unit. That noise that u are hearing is the ground, that ground that u have is either no good enough or it is loose. Good Luck
Q:can some one tell me how to wire two dual 4 ohm subs so i can get a 1-4 ohm load
wire okorder /.... for more wiring options and explanations
Q:I'm doin this thing where I need to connect some wires and one part uses Apple iPod headphones. Inside those wires, they have insulation. I burnt the wires so the insulation would not be in the way. Will the wires still conduct the electricity? Or will I just need to find some other headphones without insulation to do this with?
The undertaking of the conductors interior the cable won't regulate, however the insulation would burn and allow the conductors to the touch, making a short circuit. this could circumvent the I Pod working and would harm the output amplifier.
Q:In constructing a large mobile, an artist hangs an aluminium sphere of mass 6kg from a vertical steel wire 0.50m long. On the bottom of the sphere he attaches a similar steel wire, from which hae hangs a brass cube of mass 10kg. How would i calculate the tension in each wire?
The length of the wire is inconsequential unless you're calculating stretch. The tensile force in the upper wire is simply: Fu = 6 + 10 = 16 kg The tensile force in the lower wire is simply: Fl = 10 kg If you want tensile stress, then you need the wire's cross-sectional area.
