A mild steel MIG welding wire containing higher silicon and manganese additions designed to improve welding. The higher silicon content helps to reduce the molten metal surface tension, resulting in flatter weld bead profile with less spatter The precisel.

Applicable for single pass and multi-pass welding of carbon steel and 500 MPa grade low alloy steel and is widely  used  in such fields as automobile industry, construction machinery manufacturing, ship building,  metallurgical and mining equipment manufacturing, bridge building, petrochemical industry and pressure vessel manufacturing, etc. Also applicable for high-speed welding of sheets and pipeline steel.

The term "H0Cr20Ni10Ti" does not exist in standard books. It is only a term used by some manufacturers. The term "ER321" is used only in the American Standard for welding materials. One is the standard GB/T17854-1999 for submerged arc welding wire, and the other is the newly updated standard of Metallurgical Department of YB/T5092-2005.
