1. Manual Wafer Butterfly Valve Description

A butterfly valve is a valve which can be used for isolating or regulating flow. The closing mechanism takes the form of a disk. Operation is similar to that of a ball valve, which allows for quick shut off. Butterfly valves are generally favored because they are lower in cost to other valve designs as well as being lighter in weight, meaning less support is required.

1) DN40-1200 PN10/16
2) ISO9001:2008 and CE Certificates
3) Relable OEM Factory, high quality, low price, fast delivery

4) Many patents

5.FAQ

1. What is manual wafer butterfly valve?

Wafer style is the more common of the two and is less expensive than the lug style. The wafer style butterfly valve is just about the standard. It ís so common that no one even bothers to use the word "wafer" when ordering a butterfly valve. It is taken for granted that if a butterfly valve is ordered, a wafer style will be received.

2. What is the working principle of manual wafer butterfly valve?

A butterfly valve is from a family of valves called quarter-turn valves. In operation, the valve is fully open or closed when the disc is rotated a quarter turn. The "butterfly" is a metal disc mounted on a rod. When the valve is closed, the disc is turned so that it completely blocks off the passageway. When the valve is fully open, the disc is rotated a quarter turn so that it allows an almost unrestricted passage of the fluid. The valve may also be opened incrementally to throttle flow.

Q: Today saw the butterfly valve and butterfly valve, I do not know what is the difference between the two
How it works: the disc is driven by the stem, and if it turns 90 degrees, it can be opened and closed once. By changing the deflection angle of the plate, the flow of the medium can be controlled. The main sealing element is a sealing ring, and the material is selected according to the use and the medium.
Q: How much is the Honeywell butterfly DN300?
Find the agent or find a reliable valve plant a lot of foreign brands are in Chinese OEM so find a reliable factory is relatively good service to keep up
Q: I have a 1993 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme and I think I have the case of the blow-by. The engine had high mileage, but was rebuilt b/c it stalled while driving. 3.1L V6 gasoline engine. The fuel filter and the fuel pump are brand new. Now we have the same problem a few months later. It stalls while driving. Its been sitting a while and won't start by itself, so I pulled off the air intake hose off of the air filter to spray starting fluid into it. I noticed oil puddled in the air intake hose, so I looked for the PCV valve on the rocker cover. There is a tube going from the air-intake hose to the rocker cover. I popped out the tube from the rocker cover and there is no PCV valve. Just tube. Is that where the PCV valve is supposed to go? If not, where can I find it on the engine? And could that possibly fix the blow-by and the stalling engine? I'd appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.
pcv valve is on the valve cover closest to the firewall.it is attached to a rubber hose that runs to the intake. right below an electrical plug
Q: Function of signal butterfly valve in fire sprinkler system
The signal butterfly valve is connected with the fire alarm system to monitor the switch status of the valve, thus effectively preventing misoperation
Q: What does the butterfly valve model d344h, d345h, d346h, d347h mean?
According to the international standard of the letters and numbers apart to explain D344H D is a unit of butterfly valve, two unit 3 is driving mode: turbine, three unit 4 connection: flange connection, four unit 4 Structure: seal type linkage, five unit H sealing material: Cr13 stainless steelD345H compare yourself to the above. Unit 5 four is a sealed, single eccentric structureD346H four unit 6 is an unsealed center vertical plateD347H four unit 7 is unsealed double eccentricIn general, there is only one difference between them: the structural form is different!
Q: My bike has now 6200 miles on the odometer. The manual says that a valve adjustment should be performed every 6000 miles. But the bike runs fine. Can I just have the valve checked or should I have them adjusted even though the bike is fine? What will happen if I just keep riding it?
First off you are suppose to take your bike back to have your valves adjusted after 500 miles. Anything later can cause problems. The motor is already broken in. why did you wait so long to have them adjusted ? Your vibration is the tire is not balanced right , take it else where. good luck
Q: Butterfly valve is generally used in what position?
It can also be used for switch control of low pressure pipeline medium.
Q: e.g. a patient with a prosthetic aortic valve and a patient with a prosthetic mitral valve. Also, can you get stenosis of mechanical valves or just tissue grafts? Thanks!
mechanical okorder /
Q: I have a good set of #142 Pontiac heads with small diameter valves. I want to have the heads enlarged to accept the larger Pontiac valves, and I have the larger exhaust valves out of #13 heads and the larger intakes from 6X8 heads. The valves appear ok and shiny on the stems
If the valve is burnt there is no longer something you're able to do with it yet replace it. in the event that they simply desire cleansing up you could lap them in with a lapping compound the threat with this is which you would be able to desire to visual exhibit unit which you don't get close to to the sting of the valve, this is once you will finally end up with a burnt valve. The valve should not be flush with the valve seat this is plenty to close and the warmth of combustion could have an more advantageous effect on the textile.
Q: Buried extension butterfly valve is buried or need to repair the valve well, can build the valve well, the extension rod butterfly valve installed in the valve well, the extension rod to avoid covers, the top of the valve well out, so that the hand wheel in the ground operation.Atlas S143 is less than the inner diameter of DN150 valve wells only 1200mm, DN200-DN250D diameter of only 1400mm, 700mm valve covers, valve rod and a handwheel to lengthen through the valve cover, valve wells is built to cover the embedded pipe or tube? Is there a standard atlas?
Hand wheel operation in the ground, the original operation on the ground, our company's extension rod is in accordance with the length specified by the manufacturer.
