The government is currently allowed to keep a large amount of information secret from the public, particularly in relation to economic development and spending on economic development. - Q:He guys when i do shoulder press i often do it behind the head and it gives me great results on my upper back. However i heard its bad for your shoulders. Does front shoulder press give you the same results on back muscles
- the back press definatly targets a different area than the normal press. you will not see the same results as you see are now if you do front presses. it definatly puts more of a strain on your shoulders because you are exerising outside of their natural range. raise both your arms and try to bend them back at the shoulder as much as you can withought help. thats about how far back your shoulders have to sit while you lift the weights on the backpress. i wouldnt do it more often than you do the front press.
- Q:I know you press c to crouch but how do you role?
- Simply press the keys for movement to either side. You're probably using WASD keys, so A to roll left, and D to roll right while crouching. Note that you will have to press these keys while stationary. If you're moving forward while crouching, you'll just change direction, not roll. You may also be suing the Arrow keys, in which case, left arrow for left and right arrow for right. Happy Rolling!

- The paper on either side of the flower should be acid free.....like you have a stack handy, right? No, I don' thave herbarium paper handy either. So use a paper that isn't slick. Use a couple of sheets, then newspaper. Then corragated cardboard.......that allows the air passage and moisture escapes from the paper. Then pile your book on top. Better would be to make a frame out of lath, 2 of them and put them on either side of the newspaper/cardboard and then use straps to tighten it down. Have the paper exposed completely speeds the drying. The big books will work though. There's even a special glue if you want to mount the pressed flower onto paper afterward. Most of us make do with Elmer's.

- you can find purses at nearly every gift shop in disney world. depending on how big it is, the characters that are on it, and the material its made of it will run you anywhere from $10-$50ish. and there are coin press machines all over the place. each machine is unique and has different pics to choose from. its worth the 51 cents if you have some shiny pennies and like the picture options. but i wouldn't go that cheap with ssouvenirs you could get magnets, jewelry charms, pens with little characters on top, key chains, little stuffed animals with magnetic hands and feet and much more for about $5 a piece. so you still wouldn't be spending big bucks but those types of ssouvenirsdon't make you look like a cheapskate.
