Fiberglass Geogrid With CE ISO certification

Intriduction of Fiberglass Geogrid:

CMAZ fiberglass georid is based on fiberglass woven cloth with modified bitumen or PVC, it was developed to address the problem of pavement cracing on highways, roads and runways, driven by a need to reduce cost for infrastructure maintanance and repair.

It is a characterized by high tensile strength in axial and lateral direcions,low stretch rate, alkali-resistance, low temperature-resistance, as well as convenience in construction and low price. It can be on pitch pavement to prevent cracks and prolong pavement service life. It also can be used as a basal reinforcement material for hillsides, reservoirs,harbors,ports,water channels,seawalls,etc.

Advantages of Fiberglass Geogrid:

It is characterized by high tensile strength in axial and lateral directions low stretch rate, alkaili-resistance, low temperature-assistance as well as convenience in construcion and low price. It can be used on pitch pavement to prevent cracks and prolong pavement service life. It also can be used as a basal reinforcement material for hillsides, reservoirs, harbors, ports, water channels, seawalls, etc.

Applications of Fiberglass Geogrid:

1. It reinforces old asphalt concrete road surface and asphalt surface layer, and prevents damage;

2. it used for rebuilding cement concrete road surface into composite road surface and restraining reflection caused by block contraction;

3. it is used in road expansion and improvement project and crack caused by old and new combination position and uneven sedimentation;

4. it is used in soft soil base reinforcement treatment ,is favorable for soft soil water separation and concretion, restrains sedimentation effectively, distributes stress uniformly and improve overall strength of road base;

5. it is used for preventing contraction crack caused by new road semi-rigid base layer, and reinforcing and preventing road surface crack caused by foundation crack reflection

Q:Do geogrids have any impact on groundwater?
Geogrids typically do not have a direct impact on groundwater as they are primarily used for soil stabilization and reinforcement. However, depending on the specific application and design, geogrids can indirectly influence groundwater by improving drainage and reducing soil erosion, which may have positive effects on groundwater recharge and quality.
Q:Plastic grid plate making process
Geogrid is divided into four categories: plastic geogrid, steel plastic geogrid, fiberglass geogrid and fiberglass polyester geogrid. The plastic geogrid is a kind of polymer material with square or rectangular shape which is formed by stretching, and it can be used as two kinds of uniaxial tension and biaxial tension. The utility model is punched on the extruded polymer plate (raw material is polypropylene or high-density polyethylene), and then directionally stretched under the heating condition. The unidirectional stretching grid is only drawn along the length direction of the plate, and the bidirectional stretching grid is made by stretching the unidirectional stretching grid in the direction perpendicular to the length.
Q:Glass fiber grille is not geogrid
Yes, one of the three categories of geogrid. Fiberglass grille is another kind of glass fiber geogrid.
Q:Overview of fiberglass grille
The product is made of high strength alkali free glass fiber through international advanced warp knitting process made of mesh substrate, the surface coating processing made of semi-rigid products.
Q:How do geogrids help stabilize soil?
Geogrids help stabilize soil by providing reinforcement and increasing the overall strength of the soil. They are typically made of high-strength materials such as polyester or polypropylene, and are placed within the soil to distribute loads and limit movement. This prevents soil erosion, improves slope stability, and enhances the bearing capacity of the soil, thus effectively stabilizing it.
Q:What is the cost of geogrid installation?
The cost of geogrid installation can vary depending on various factors such as the size of the area, the type of geogrid being used, the complexity of the installation process, and the labor costs in a particular location. It is best to consult with a geogrid installation specialist or contractor to get an accurate estimate for your specific project.
Q:What is the typical width of a geogrid roll?
The typical width of a geogrid roll ranges from 4 to 16 feet, although some manufacturers may offer wider options as well.
Q:Can geogrids be used in reinforcement of bridge abutments on soft clays?
Yes, geogrids can be used in the reinforcement of bridge abutments on soft clays. Geogrids are commonly used in geotechnical engineering to improve the stability and strength of soil structures. In the case of bridge abutments on soft clays, geogrids can provide lateral reinforcement and enhance the load-bearing capacity of the soil, reducing settlement and improving overall stability.
Q:Peel force mainly in the size of raw materials
The size of the weld area directly affects the size of the peeling force
Q:What is the use of glass fiber grille paving asphalt road
Silicon oxide is an inorganic material, its physical and chemical properties are very stable, and has the advantages of high strength, high modulus, high wear resistance and excellent cold resistance, no long-term creep
