Ball Valve For Heating Supply

Product Description of Ball valve for heating supply:

Technical introduction

The ball valve is designed as fully welded structure, which can prevent the leakage of medium.
The valve seat is floating and spring-loade.The seal is made of soft seal materials of PTFE+20%C and Viton B.The seat is tightly abutted against the ball surface by the pressure of a spring,so that even if the media is in low pressure,a reliable sealing can be assured for the ball valve.Double piston effect and double seal(two-seal seat)are adopted in specially designed valve seat to realize double sealing, which makes the tightness of the ball valve more advantageous and the operation easier.
A floating ball is adopted for DN15-DN200,and a stem and trunnion ball is adopted for DN200 and above, which can ensure the accurate position of different size ball.In other words, the sealing performance, low torque valve and operability can be guaranteed.
The sealing of the stem is fulfilled by two replaceable O-rings and packing consisting of PTEE+20%C or flexible graphite,as the packing seal material,is fire proof effect, and is specially suitable for fuel gas systems.
The materials used for the valve body and pipelines are the same(carbon steel or SS steel),valve body and stem adopt SS steel and the packing adopts PTEE+20%C which is corrosion-resistance or flexible graphite.

Q:I'm thinking about getting a Cold air intake along with a Bypass Valve to prevent Water Indigestion on my Toyota Corolla 07. I was wondering if Bypass Valves actually work and can someone explain to me the physics around it???( How bypass valves work)
Get a straw and put it in a glass of water. Suck the water up the straw and what happens? Get that same straw and punch 6 holes in the center around the straw. Suck on the straw and what happens? That is the purpose of the bypass. Now the speculation behind the bypass is the intake system has to be fully submerged for it to work efficiently. Get your aftermarket straw and hold it sideways nearly touching the top of the water and suck real hard. You will notice water gets to your mouth, and so your engine. Nothing more than a pressure differential. Bypass valves are very expensive parts for people that don't understand principles of pressure and vacuum. Don't waste your money on it, but stay out of deep puddles.
Q:The water won't drain around my outside shutoff valve. The faucet at the valve is not dripping any water. Could it be underground problem?
Most homes have a main shutoff valve that goes from the street to the lowest part of the house. usually, they may also have another valve from lowest part of the house to the water fixtures. Ur main drain line is usually 4 feet or more away from the supply incoming line. Your home's outside shutoff valve is called a valve for the supply from your city water. It has nothing to do with your drain system. If you see water coming up from that outside shutoff valve, then a professional plumber needs to dig up the dirt around the valve and replace it. Usually there are no fixtures at this main shutoff valve, unless you are talking about an outside valve for a garden hose? So can u pls rephrase your question?
Q:Hi My sons car has alloy wheels, and metal valve stems, there is a tiny leak between the valve stam and the alloy on one wheel, we are struggling to get anyone to repair at a reasonable cost. Would tyre weld make a permanent repair?. Some tyre specialists won't touch the wheel, one other wants to drill out the stem put in another, which sounds a bit drastic. Any other ideas?, is it feasible to get the metal valve stem replaced by a rubber version?. Apparently the metal ones get curbed and then start to leak.
The leak is caused by corrosion of the alloy wheel in the hole that the metal valve stem goes through. You might try to let the air out and loosen the nut on the valve stem and spray penetrating oil on the o-ring which is on the base of the valve stem and is what holds the air in. Turn the stem back and forth a bit to mave the corrosion and then respray the o-ring. Tighten the stem nut, inflate the tire to 35 lbs. and spray a bit of soapy water on the stem to check for leaks. If it still leaks you will need to remove the tire and valve stem, clean the hole and surrounding area inside the rim and clean the valve stem and replace the o-ring. If the valve stem is a pressure sensor type for the tire air pressure monitoring system you may need to reprogram it. Only use plastic caps on the valve stem. Metal ones corrode on the stem and wreck them and never come off.
Q:Hey Guy! So I Was Thinking About Buying A 93 Honda Del Sol For $1800, But The Guy State That It Need A Valve Job Now Im Not To Sure What Is A Valve Job Is And How Much It Would Cost... So Please Help Me Out... I Really Need A Car :-/If Needed I Live In South Of California
honestly u prolly shouldnt get the car if he says it needs a valve job, cause he prolly doesnt know waht he is talking about, and if it needs a valve job that means it needs new valves so it may not be worth it valves let air in and out of your cylinder, the intake valve opens to let air in, the piston rises creating pressure, the fuel injectors add gasoline to the air, the spark plug ignites to explode the gas/air mixture, the exhaust valve opens to let the ignited gas/air mixture out. that is the basic works of that part of the motor a valve job is having the sides of a valve ground to allow for better air flow and to seat better against your head
Q:My pressure reducing valve (or restricting valve) was looked at by three master plumbers and they all said I need a new one. My water pressure has been low for weeks. It measures about 100 psi at the outside hose bibs, but it is very low inside and suddenly reduces after you turn on the facets inside. The shower is ok. My automatic sprinkler system is not able to work now due to low pressure. A relative of mine thinks we can just add a handle (as one is missing) on the valve and adjust the pressure ourselves. The repair of the valve is around $500-600! I am told in Texas that we have to have a permit and inspection to repair this valve. Also I was told by the last plumber that came out, that I have to install a expansion tank on my new hot water heater according to code. I'm not sure if that is a city code or federal. Please respond as to information you may have on this problem. The expansion tank is required I'm told when you have a pressure reducing valve for safety, is this true?
The cost you quoted seems a bit high to me. Mine didn't cost anywhere near that amount in East Texas. A pressure reducing valve acts like a check valve when there is no flow. That is it closes as the pressure rises when you are not using any water. In this condition, the hot water heater can raise the pressure even higher since there is no place for the expanding water to go. That is the reason for the expansion tank. Without the expansion tank the pressure relief valve on the hot water heater can relieve unnecessarily or weep a bit.
Q:I have recently been diagnosed with Endometriosis within the last 2 years. I have also had Mitral Valve Prolapse (MVP) for the past 10 years. ... Anyways... I was reading in a brochure for Endometrosis that there is a commonality between having those two diseases. If you know of the reasoning behind this I would be very interested in knowing. As I have yet to find an answer yet. I am just curious why having one will give you a larger likley hood to get the other. Thanks for your time and answers!
I went to see an herbalist and when she heard that I had MVP the first question she asked was did I have endometriosis as well. She asked only to confirm and to state that she had ZERO female patients with MVP that did not also have endometriosis. I can tell you that since menopause, the endometriosis has been unnoticeable, but the MVP has gone from mild to moderate. I monitor my body better than most because of an autoimmune disorder. I do not doubt that there is a connection.
Q:I was diagnosed with a VSD and a Biscuspid Aortic Valve and my doctor has started hinting towards sugery. I found out that the only reason i haven't had surgery yet is that it is stable enough to wait until technology improves so i am not left with a large scar. i was just wondering what this surgery would entail and if anyone has had it. I am 19 years old and kind of worried about it...
My daughter was diagnosed with this same thing when she was 10 days old. It has been a miracle that she has not needed any medication or surgery. She meets with the cardiologist 1 time a year. They told me if she stays as stable as she is she will not need surgery. Maybe if your condition stays as stable as it is now, you will never need surgery. I know that when they repair a VSD they do open heart surgery and put a patch over the hole that is in your heart. Sometimes these patches fail and they do surgery 2 or 3 times and it is common. I know that Bicuspid Aortic Valve is an inherited abnormality and that it becomes more sever in your 30's and 40's. Most patients with bicuspid aortic valve whose valve becomes dysfunctional will need careful follow-up and potentially valve replacement in their third or fourth decade of life. Patients with bicuspid aortic valve should be followed by cardiologist or cardiac surgeon with specific interest in this valve pathology. Average lifespan is similar to that of those without the anomaly. In many cases, the condition will cause no problems. However, especially in later life, a bicuspid aortic valve may become calcified, which may lead to varying degrees of severity of aortic stenosis and aortic regurgitation, which will manifest as murmurs. If these become severe enough, they may require heart surgery. I hope this helps and good luck with everything.
Q:Hi guys, my parents had me install a new faucet in their kitchen sink. It works great and everything, but after the install the hot water pressure basically decreased greatly. The cold water pressure is fine, but I believe after I had turned off the hot water at the shutoff valve, something in the valve got messed up and is blocking the water supply.

Q:Is there a difference between the atrioventricular valves in the right side versus the left side of the heart? Is there a different between the pulmonary valves?
Nope - the atrioventricular valves always seperate the atrium and ventricle, and the pulmonary valves, at both exits to the heart, will always stop backflow into the ventricles. They maintain similar functions on both sides of the heart.
Q:Hey,I have a 1/2 diameter pipe and I want to place a valve on it. I need a valve that can be electronically controlled so the water flow can be started and stopped on demand. I plan to achieve this by connecting the valve to a 'relay' that will be connected to an ardunio or PIC that will programmed to determine when the water is to flow or stop. That make sense? So my question does anyone know a suitable type of valve? I've no experience with valves and there are so many types so I don't know where to start!I would be grateful for any suggestions :)Thanks!
