This series of diaphragm pumps are the latest model at home. They are functioned to take out and suck in various corrosive liquid containing granules,Viscous, volatile, inflammable, explosive or poisonous liquid, procelain slurry, mashed fruit, flue, the reclamation of residual oil in tanker, temporary reversion of tanker, etc. The performance parameters of this series are close to that of German WLLDENPUMPS and American MARIO-WPUMPS.The components in contact with flow are made of stainless steel ,aluminium alloy and cast iron, while diaphragm may be NBR,viton, neoprene or PTEE.
QBY pneumatic diaphragm pumps are driven by compressed air ,steam or industrial waste gas, suction head up to 7m ,delivery head between 0-50m,and flow infinitely adjustable between 0.8-30m3/h.
- Q: just changed the water pump on my lower unit installed the lower unit and started motor now there is no water coming out of the upper flow tube is it becouse the engine is not warmed up yet or is something not lined up ...........
- It shouldn't take long for the water to come out. Make sure the site tube isn't plugged up. If not, check your installation out.
- Q: I would like to have a water pump/valve that I can tie into my house water and will run on a timer. Kind of like a sprinkler system but not so expensive an on a much smaller scale. Basically what I am trying to do is set up an auto-watering (from the tap) system for my animals when I am away for a day or two. I know this is more in the lines of a pet category but than again - not really.
- Most self watering devices for animals don't use a timer. Imagine a big coffee can with no lid, with a small hole on the side near the lip. Fill the coffee can with water, place a pie tin over the coffee can opening, and flip them both over. The pie tin will fill with water for awhile, but only until it covers the hole in the side of the coffee can. At that point, air can't get into the coffee can, therefore water can't get out of the coffee can. Your pets will drink out of the pie tin. When the water level falls below the hole in the side of the can, a little air gets in, and a little water gets out. So water will be available on demand for your pets until the coffee can is empty. A coffee can holds nearly a gallon of water, and being short and squatty your pets won't knock it over. Fun science project.
- Q: I think my water pump is leaking and I want to replace it, but I can't figure out how to get the pulleys off. There is a large nut on the shaft that the pulleys are on, and I can't figure out how to remove it, or if the nut is attached to the shaft, and the entire shaft is supposed to come out, or how it's set up. Please help. Pictures would be great if possible. Thanks!
- The nut that holds the fan on the water pump must be turned clockwise to loosen it,if you do not have a wrench that will fit in there you can use along screw driver and hammer locate the tip of the screw driver on the edge of the nut and hit the other side of the screw driver with the hammer one or two blows should do it,and then spin the fan and see if the nut turnes. If this does not work you need to get the proper wrench.I have done both but i had to buy the wrench from Snap On and another tool to hold the water pump bolts.
- Q: To get at the timing belt on a Toyota 3.4L V6, does the water pump first need to be removed? If so, is there a way to tell how worn a water pump with 85,000 miles is? Like a loose bearing feel, etc?
- does the water pump first need to be removed? no. but is exposed during the procedure. ----- If so, is there a way to tell how worn a water pump with 85,000 miles is? Like a loose bearing feel, etc? you can check for pulley noise, pulley wobble and coolant condition as a precursor to it's failure, but even if it passes that inspection, it may fail in 1000 miles (example). that's the nature of consumable components. ------ since it costs 300-400 in labor to do those individually, it behooves one to put them both on the same maint schedule. replace both at same time. needed or not. every 90,000 miles. and this is a non interference type engine. no engine damage will occur as a result of belt failure alone. FYI, since it's not an interference engine, if this be an autotrans, you could go longer between belt changes as autotrans have smoother torque apps. purdy much constant torque. my V6 has over 200,000 miles on the belt. water pump too. and i have pristine coolant and no pulley noise. and i'm pushing my luck. i run the risk of a towing bill.
- Q: 2 pumps in parallel, lift the same, the pump head is not stacked; 2 pumps in series, the same flow, pump head is not superimposed?.
- 2 pumps parallel, lift the same, pump head is not stacked?;Answer: the head can not be superimposed, that is, a lift and a pump, but the pumping speed (flow) is two times a taiwan.2 pumps in series, the same flow, pump head is not stacked?.Answer: the head can be superimposed, that is, the pump head is two times as much as a pump, but the pump speed is the same as that of a pump.
- Q: My car broke down yesterday and is waiting to be towed to the mechanic (2000 Dodge Neon). I'm pretty sure the Timing Belt broke, but my water pump was broken in the process and leaked out lots of water. Would the timing belt break the water pump when it snapped? Or does the broken water pump lead us to a different conclusion? Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated. Also I was reading online today about interference engines, but couldn't find a list to verify if I have one of those or not. Anyone know? Thanks!
- bearings in the water pump pulley went out and locked up therefore causing belt to snap
- Q: 97 izusu rodeo has constant squeal after timing belt, water pump and all belts being replaced what could be the cause. It sounds pretty bad.
- If the timing belt is slipping the car wouldn't run. Chances are it's either the one that drives the AC or power steering unit. Make sure there's no oil on them they're the right size and properly tensioned.
- Q: How many pumps does a 50 meter water head use?
- Deep well submersible pump head = dynamic water level to pipe outlet height + outlet pressure + hydraulic loss along courseTherefore, it is necessary to provide the dynamic water level of the well, the required flow rate, the pipe diameter, and the vertical height of the wellhead to the highest point, so as to estimate the pump head.
- Q: 89 Dodge van overheats, no water leak, replaced thermostat but still overheats.
- this sounds more like a radiator problem, or possibly an electric fan, if there is on. Usually the water pump will lose the weep hole gasket on the bottom of the water pump and dump water when its running, but quits when you stop. A water pump bearing can start to sieze, you may notice temp fluctuating almost to hot, then drop back down. Take off the radiator cap when the vehicle is cold and start it up. let it idle until the thermostate opens. and watch the water in the radiator to see if it circulates at all as someone slowly raise the idle up to 2 thousand rpm, and rev the engine a few times, and see if the coolant momes across the radiator. It may be your thermostate is stuck partway, or the radiator is ready for a rebuild, they generally are good for about 20 years or so. I suggest using distilled or filtered water in your radiator if you replace it. There are many harmful chemicals in tap water, much more than people realize, and they can combine with chemicals in antifreeze and cause solder rotting electrolysis. By using distilled water, you minimize this risk and studies by major radiator companies have been proven to make radiators last a lot longer if a minimum amount of care is taken, like changing antifreeze every few years, and using distilled water as much as possible. I buy mine in the gallon jugs. and top off the overflow occasionally.
- Q: i need to know an estimated cost for changing this cars water pumpthanks..
- Too okorder i did this, and by doing so it saved me money, time, and the risk of getting ripped off.
