Product Description:

Product introduction:
QDX. QX series submersible pump consists of pump, mechanical seal and motor. Pump is at the bottom part of pump, which is adopted centrifugal impeller.Motor which is monophase or three phase is at the upper pa" of pump and seal is used where pump and motor combine, which is a kind of double end mechanical seal "O " rings are applied to all static joints. Floator switch can be equipped to control pump" starting and stopping automatically according to the water level.

Application:
This series pump is small and light, which is widely used in countryside for elevating water from well, irrigation, sprinkling and domestic water supply, and also used in draining off water for fishpond and building site.

Work Conditions:
The pump can work properly and continuouslyunder following operational conditions:
1 .Medium is not corrosive, Sand contents shouldbe max. 0.10% by volume and granular sizeshould be max.0.2mm.
2.Medium temperature shouldn’t be over 40℃ and PH should be6.5-8.5.
3.The pumps should be operated within rated head.
4.The pumps should be fully submerged into water with depth of less than 3m mad max. the pump should be min.0.5m over the water bottom and not be inserted into sludge.
5.Power frequency should be 50Hz, single phase voltage 220V, three-phase voltage 380V, and voltage fluctuation should be 0.9-1.1 times than the rated .

Q:Types and differences of pumps
(I) volumetric typeClassification reciprocating rotary typeThe basic principle of reciprocating action by the piston in the cylinder in the cylinder volume changes again, with the suction and discharge of fluid in the shell or the rotor rotating member rotates, the volume of work between rotor and casing changes to the suction and discharge fluid, such as piston pump gear pump, screw pump(two) blade type; The main structure of vane pumps and fans is rotary, bladed impellers and stationary housings that rotate fluid through the impeller to do work, thereby enabling fluids to obtain energy
Q:What are the ways of hydraulic pumps?
Hydraulic pump is a power component of hydraulic system. It is driven by an engine or an electric motor. It draws oil from the hydraulic tank to form a component of the pressure oil which is sent to the actuating element.
Q:Attention should be paid to the use of pumps?
To carefully check whether there is a crack impeller, impeller fixed in the bearings are loose, if there are cracks and loose, hungry phenomenon should be promptly repaired, if the pump impeller above the soil should also be cleaned
Q:What is the relationship between the minimum suction vacuum of a pump and the required cavitation?
Suction is allowed to pump the vacuum from the distance from the inlet, which is part of the field installation. The manufacturer of cavitation allowance is closely related to the design and process of pump. Estimation formula: cavitation allowance =10.33 meters - allow suction of -0.5 meters (safety).
Q:What are the characteristics of a vertical multistage centrifugal pump?
A liquid that is primarily diluted, clean, non corrosive, explosive, or similar to water but contains no solid particles or fibers. Because of its high flow and large lift, it is widely used in fire fighting, water supply and air conditioning unit cooling water transportation in high-rise buildings.
Q:Is the sewage pump the same as the mud pump?
Sewage pump is mainly used for industrial wastewater treatment, sewage treatment, environmental protection has played a big role. Among them, the sewage pump is also a sewage pump with cutting wheel, such sewage pump can be chopped dirt, and then extract the sewage clean.
Q:What is the nominal pressure of the hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor?
Rated flow refers to the flow under the rated speed and rated pressure input to the motor.Due to leakage loss, the actual flow of the input motor must be greater than its theoretical flow. Actual flow of motor (i.e. inlet flow) leakage flow = theoretical flow of the motor.
Q:What are the failures and causes of the replacement of the fuel pump assembly?
Failure cause:1) the gasoline pump is too thick with the gasket at the junction of the axle box.2) pump film rupture or pump film and pump shell combination of sealing is not strict.3) the oil inlet valve is stuck or sealed badly.4) severe wear of the rocker arm, reducing the pump film stroke.5) the pipeline from the gasoline tank to the gasoline pump is not smooth, or the pump film spring passes.
Q:What is a solution pump?
(4) smooth running, low noise, no lubrication, no lubrication and low noise due to the absence of rolling bearings and motor fans(5) a wide range of use, the high temperature, high pressure, low temperature, high melting point and other conditions are able to meet the requirements2.2 shielding pump shortcomings(1) because the shielding pump adopts sliding bearings and is lubricated by the medium to be transported, the medium with poor lubricity should not be transported by shielding pump. Generally, the viscosity of the pump medium is 0.20mPa.s.(2) the efficiency of shielding pump is usually lower than that of single end mechanical seal centrifugal pump, which is approximately equal to that of double end mechanical seal centrifugal pump(3) long time in small flow operation, shielding pump efficiency is low, will lead to heat, make the liquid evaporation, and cause the pump to dry, and thus damage the sliding bearingsCanned pumps can be divided into the following types: 1) basic type 2) reverse circulation type 3) high temperature type 4) high melting point type 5) high pressure type6) self priming 7) multi stage 8) mud type
Q:What's the pump? Where can I use it?
A pump is a machine that transports liquids or pumps liquids. Pumps are ubiquitous in life. They can be used to transport liquids such as water, oil, acid and alkali, emulsions, suspensions and liquid metals, as well as liquids, gas mixtures, and liquids containing suspended solids.
