Q: I want to know how many hours of video can I record with my Canon, with this battery:7.4V 1000mAh Li-ion LP-E5 LPE5 Battery Pack.Thanks.
30 minutes, which is the maximum video shooting time of any Rebel dSLR
Q: I have a battery pack with an input: D.C. 5V, 2 Amps. I have a tablet-charger with an output: 5.1V, 2.1 A. Can that little difference in Volts and Ampere cause harm to the battery over time? should I look for a 5V/2A charger, or can I use the one I have?Detailed info about the battery and charger:Battery:3.7 V 10 000 mAh/37.0 WhInput: D.C. 5V, 2Aoutput: D.C. 5V, 2.1A + 1 A (two outputs) Charger:input: 100-240V - 0.45A, 50-60Hzoutput: 5.1V, 2.1A
That charger is entirely suitable. The 2.1A is the maximum it can deliver if necessary, but it does not force the battery to take it all. The battery pack has charging circuitry which requires a maximum of 5V, but draws only as much current as it needs.
Q: DUE TONIGHT PLEASE HELPA 90 kg astronaut floating out in space is carrying a 1.0 kg TV camera and a 10 kg battery pack. He's drifting toward his ship but, in order to get back faster, he hurls the camera out into space (away from the space ship) at 18 m/s and then throws the battery at 11 m/s in the same direction. What's the resulting increase in his speed after each throw?speed increase after discarding camera.?speed increase after discarding battery?
The key here is to remember that momentum is conserved. Momentum is mass times velocity. Are you sure you've got the masses right, surely the TV camera is heavier than the battery pack? Since (relative to each other), neither astronaut, nor camera nor battery is moving, the total momentum can be taken to be zero. So after throwing the camera away, the total momentum should be zero m/s. That means the astronaut should have equal momentum in magnitude, but opposite in direction, to the camera. Let's take the direction the camera was thrown in to be negative. Then the momentum of the camera after it is released is (1.0 kg)(-18 m/s) -18 kg m/s. So the momentum after discarding the camera must be 18 kg m/s. Dividing by the mass of the astronaut (plus battery pack, as he's still got it at this point), which is 100 kg, gives an increase in speed of 0.18 m/s. Now we do the same thing with the battery pack. Since, relative to each other, neither are moving, we can say that the total momentum before releasing it is zero, so the total momentum after releasing it must be zero also. The momentum of the battery pack, since it is thrown in the negative direction also, is (10 kg)(-11 m/s) -110 kg m/s. Therefore the total momentum of the astronaut must increase by 110 kg m/s also, and dividing by the mass of the astronaut (90 kg) gives a speed increase of 1.22 m/s.
Q: I lost the plug to charge my tv baby monitor. I really need this monitor asap. I have a 6 yr old, a 2 yr old and a 3 month old. I can't be with them all at once so it's a big help. I removed the battery pack from the handheld tv and it has a small red and small black wire with a little plastic piece that inserts into the tv. Can I remove these batteries and put my charged AA batteries in place?
Yes if the original batteries are removable there should be no problem.A rechargeable battery is 1.2 volts x 4 equals 4.8 volts. They are usually placed in the packs for convenience. I have done this with other items.
Q: got 3 12v batteries and need a 36v pack for my ebike, there 12ah batteries, thanks for the help :)
It's not a good idea. Batteries in series have to be perfectly matched or they'll go bad fast.
Q: Note the battery pack
Avoid contact with corrosive substances, away from fire and heat sources.
Q: I work in a place with frequent power outages with my laptop. I would usually take out my battery pack when I work with my laptop for hours on end to extend its life span, but here, that wouldn't make sense, since the power is gone every few minutes. I leave both mains power and batteries connected at the same time to tide me over all the blackouts. I will have to work like this for another two months, about 14 hours a day with the laptop on. Is that going to kill my batteries before their time? Or is the effect not that severe?
Actually manufacturers do recommend that you take the battery out if you are going to leave the computer plugged in for more than two weeks. Below I referenced a great article that gives recommendations on how to extend your battery life and to calibrate it so that your system tray shows an accurate reading of the amount of time you have left before your computer powers of.
Q: And for how long? The continuous power consumption is 12v at 2 amps.
Your batteries will have to be in SERIES to get the 12 volts. 1.2 volts each X 10 12 volts @ 2 Ahr or 2000 milliamp hours (mah). So in theory, one hour. Reality is that the cells will not actually produce 2 amps for 1 hour without the voltage dropping off. So a rating of about 10% of the capacity is recommended. Your battery pack would work for 5 to 10 minutes before draining them down at 2 amps and would get very hot in the process! Switching to a 12V gel cell or 10 D batteries would be better.
Q: DC screen maintenance-free lead-acid battery pack how to charge, discharge?
DC screen debugging, connected to the AC power supply test AC dual power switching device is working properly, dual power switch device under the port voltage is normal. After the AC part of the test is normal, close the AC module of the charging module in turn to observe whether the module starts normally and measure the module output voltage and polarity. After the charging module starts normally and the output voltage and polarity are correct, turn on the battery switch and the bus switch to measure whether the voltage, polarity and polarity of the battery switch are correct, and observe whether the voltage meter is in the direction. turn.
Q: i have a 2001 blue madden pspbut i dropped it and now the thing to cover the battery wont stay in placewhere can i find one or how can i fix it? i really dont want to use tapehelp!
