WK series excavators are used for open-pit mines. They have been developed through a combination of years of successful experience in the manufacturing of mining shovels and the adoption of advanced technology in design, processing, and manufacturing from home and abroad. They are suitable both for stripping and excavating open-pit coal mines, iron mines and ferro-metal mines.

Our WK series excavators feature such state-of-the-art technology as three-dimensional imitation and definite circle analysis. They perform well and can be used effectively according to users’ requirements in combination with various haul trucks and crush stations for higher loading and lower production costs.

Our excavators’ electric system uses a rectifier/regeneration communal DC bus-bar and variable frequency speed adjustment system. The electric control, with PLC at its core, is a 3-stage system of up-position monitoring, field bus and frequency variable speed control. It causes not disturbance to the power grid, allowing a wider range of power voltage fluctuation and high power factor. The system is loaded with software to optimize the dig/cut curve and automatically optimize the hoist and dig power distribution. The system automatically troubleshoots, displays status, and calculates electric power. This system has the advantages of state-of-the-art technology, reliable operation, high transmission efficiency and low power consumption. Our WK-75 excavators are designed to be used in combination with mining trucks with a capacity over 363MT, and mobile crusher stations with a capacity over 9000t/h.

Technical characteristics:

• Gear-rack crowding, powerful penetration, highly efficient;

• Gear transmission uses gears of high hardness surface for durability;

• Uses a planet reducer for the swing and propel mechanism;

• Propel has a high hand drive for added durability;

• Air release spring disk brakes.

Q:we got to level 15 pack a punched a gun when we went down to go back to our spots the huge silver spinning digger wheel thingy started spinning shaking our controllers there is NO WAY around it. why did it start, what is it called, what is it for, how do you get it to stop?also how do you use the escavator?
It starts at intervals between certain rounds, and it is called the Excavator. It's basically to annoy you. To stop it, you need to bring the hacker to the starting room and use it on the small control panels
Q:HOW TO BECOME AN ENVIRONMENTAL CONTRACTOR EXCAVATION IN TEXAS?
Well, to become an environmental excavation first you have to be land. Oh, I think you mean excavator. Then you'd need excavation experience and excavation equipment (backhoes and such). You'd probably need certification of some kind. For government jobs (the most common) you'd probably need to bid on a project, and they take the best bid. Texas government sites should have specific information on this. Knowledge of soil types, environmental habitats, erosion control, etc. would be useful.
Q:What is the function of the central swivel joint of the excavator?
It is difficult for an ordinary pipe to perform such a function as a central joint, and even if it is done, the pipeline life is not as good as that of the central joint
Q:I want to buy a good and original excavator, who can tell me where can buy and which brand is good, because we have a project will start, so we need excavator urgently, if someone know, welcome your any comments

Q:Dave's Nighttime Bonus Code for feb 29 country on 92.5?
Daves code was Excavator
Q:Where is the throttle motor for the excavator?
The throttle motor position of each company may be different. There's a stupid way to help you. You can find it along the throttle line of the engine
Q:My husband and I want to build a house and we are not handy. Who would I need to hire and in what order would the projects need to be done? First, I assume we would have to dig out the basement and create the foundation. Then what?Please only answer if you have had experience building homes, don't just guess!
I built my own home without a lot of experience in building though I was reasonably handy. I acted as GC, sub-trade and labourer. I hired a local carpenter who was willing to work with a newbie like me. I would have been lost without him, and in practical terms it was the carpenter who was GC. I was there every day working with him as a labourer. I was lucky. He was patient enough, and able to explain things to me. Not everyone would be. If you really don't know one end of a hammer from another, I don't think you should do this. There's a lot more to building a house than you could possibly imagine if you haven't done it. You would be far better off to find a GC who's willing to have you help where possible, and willing to tell you how to do things(you'd better be willing to listen, too). Maybe all you can do is help with site clean-up, hold the dumb end of things, do runs to pick up supplies or make phone calls, but if you're really not handy what you might mostly be doing is getting in the way of people who really do know what they're doing. Believe me, there will be lots for you to do even if you never pick up any tools. I found there were decisions to make almost every day and I'm glad I was able to spend so much time on site. Even though it was me and the carpenter who were there by ourselves for most of the time, and we did concrete forms, all the framing, and I did the plumbing and electrical work, at the end of the project I made a list of all those who had been involved in it. It ran to 40 names or more, for everything from the guy who cleared the trees and prepped the site, to the guys who put the shingles on. We hired other people when we didn't have the experience, tools, or manpower to do things with the two of us. It takes a lot of knowledge to co-ordinate all those people and jobs. A good GC knows how to do that efficiently, and also knows who's worth hiring and who isn't, and also knows how and where to get good deals on materials..
Q:ive just been lent a dumper for my field and the guy hasn't told me how to start it. im 23 so its before my time lol. im not sure what make it is but i think the engine is a petters or lister. i havent looked properly yet i am going to attempt to start it tomorrow but im actually scared of it. ive been told these things can break your wrist if they kick back. im not a novice to machinery ive drove 20ton excavators and various other stuff its just these old girls im not used to lol. so anyone know the best way to fire her up without ending up in AE? its been stood for 5 years with diesel in it so it should fire? cheers

Q:I'm really interested in joining the U.S Navy, hopefully to be a Construction Mechanic (CM). Will i be able to get my ASE after my A-School? Or do i get it after my duty? And also what civilian jobs may i be able to relatively transfer to really smoothly? And also after the Seabees, im planning to attend U.T.I (Universal Technical Institute) to further pursue my career as a Master technician. Is it worth it? Or not? Any suggestions? Detailed reasonable answers are appreciated :)
As a CM you'll be working on everything from excavators and scrappers to semi tractors to M-wraps to bucket trucks to those little Honda water pumps. I don't think the Navy gets into certifying you for ACE as a matter of business, but you have your Chiefs of Alpha CO and the education PO of your battalion to ask and get help getting them. As far as transferring into civilian life, everyone is looking for good mechanics and hydraulic guys. If you get a chance to kind of specialize in something, look at what companies are screaming for and try to go to C-school for that. I don't know anything about UTI, so I won't go there. Be advised that Seabees require a higher ASVAB and line scores than a lot of rates and it's a five year commitment. Also they just decommissioned four Battalions due to 0bamas fake budget cuts, so it's going to be tight getting in.
