- If you can remove the plastic that surrounds the wheel you can go in that way easier. Yes those pumps do fail. A new pump is an easy install if you can splice wires. Make sure you get a rubber grommet with your new pump. They like to leak after ten years old.

- Krysta, First of all you do not need a new wiper motor. This is an easy fix. Stop your passenger wiper in the down position. At the base of both wiper arms where the exact pivot point is there will be a metal or plastic cap that covers a metric nut. All you need to do is slide the the drivers side wiper arm down to the approximate location of the left one and tighten the metric nut up with a box end wrench or a shallow well 3/8 socket and ratchet wernch. The size is either 13 or 14mm. Under the nut is a female tapered hole inside the wiper arm. It attaches to a male taper in the linkage output. There are no teeth, splines or keyways. Two smooth tapers in case the wiper arm is ever frozen to your windahield nothing will ever break.

- Sounds like the nut at the bottom of the wiper arm is loose. Turn off the wipers so they are in the parked position. Adjust the passenger wiper to where it should sit. Tighten the nut at the bottom of the arm.
