Because of the increased exhaust flow required for turbo chargers, the mufflers that are used have very little baffling to produce back pressure. Maxflo and others have capitalized on the idea but any muffler designed for use with turbochargers will have better flow and more noise.

It does not matter, this is the exhaust gas detection sensor problems, you can go to 4S shop with a computer diagnostic device to see which parts of the sensor problems, you can use the detector to reset the next, if the problem still exists which sensor is a problem

no exhaust system by itself will provide you with a gnats ss worth of power gain. An engine properly tuned to match exhaust and intake characteristics will give you power gain. You do not simply bolt on a farkle and suddenly have this amazing difference. You are making a change to a complex system and how well you make adjustments for it will determine the best power gain. Tuning will blow them all away!

To buy a set of headers that will make a real difference, you'll need to spend at least $400. But you need other supporting mods.

not sure where you should go in cali. but check into purple horny exhaust and thrush they are cheap and have a great sound i think i have thrush on my 78 ford truck and it sounds good but i live in michigan so it is a little more relaxed on the laws for exhaust here
