QTZ125  FAQ

Q: What is counter weight? How kinds?

A: Counter weight is for balance the suspension mechanism. There are 2 kinds of counter weight, one is made by iron, the other is by concrete.

Q: What is 3 main mechanism of the tower crane?

A: there are trolleying mechanism/ slewing mechanism/ hoisting mechanism.

Q: Can you equip with light on tower crane jib, monitor, remote control and anemometer?

A: Sure. All of these could be provided with extra cost upon the clients’ requirements. But according to general practice, remote control is not suggested because most of the operator feedback operation in the cabin will provide a wide working view.

Q: how tower crane extend it heights?
They okorder /
Q: Tower cranes sometimes have very long booms, but seem to usually have fixed counter-weights at fixed positions behind the cab. Why doesn't it flip backwards when there is no load, or flip forwards when a load is way at the far outward end of the boom? It seems to be a very large range of moment arms given that the counter-weight has a fixed one.
I think the counter weights are connected to a pully system that directly interacts with the boom and hook movement. This way it can put more or less pull on the weights according to the amount of weight or position of the weight on the crane.
Q: Similarities in theme with Emily Dickinson and Stephen Crane?
Mortality would be the big one
Q: Every day to see the site of the tower crane, and increased with the increase of buildings, but it is very strange. By what means, in the process of how to increase Balance Master, please explain.
With a bar of steel, each layer has about 10 or more bars of steel. When the building rises, add a few more bars to the top floor, plus a few layers. It uses the stability principle of the triangle to keep the tower crane from tilting, and it also needs to pull some cables around to keep it balanced, just like a country pole.
Q: I am Dr Crane is there anything you would like to know? i can answer all your questions?
How are you supposed to do that! Ok here is my question: Who are you really and why have you been stalking me the past 4 nights?
Q: we have a project starting that will require a stack built 1km high in the air?How will they install this?
Build form the top, when they build these huge cranes, they build the top section, lift that up and build the next section underneath it, set it down to release the lift off the top section and lower it to the second section. Lift those 2 sections from the bottom, build the third section underneath it, and so on. You need to lift securely, like on all 4 sides for stability, and that leaves the corners free to build the next section.
Q: i have a female Doberman 4months old. running here n there, we spend time with her morning and night, four days per week we go to a big ground and walking with her more than a hour per day, is it adequate? she seems very happy and waiting for us on every evening (me and my wife) also i need an advice on her crane? i have put her in some what big (5ft 4ft) place beside my front door, not fully covered but well sheltered by the house roof/. is it ok to have an open crane like that?
This is a little difficult since your spelling and syntax leave a lot to be desired. An open crate which I think is what you are referring to is usually not adequate unless you live in a very benign climate. Not too hot or too cold, not rainy or windy. Most dogs like a house or crate that is sized to them so they feel like they are in a small cave or shelter that they can defend from sneak attack by other dogs or even cats. Her short hair coat and dark color mean she needs to be protected from both too much sun and too cold weather. Temps below 40f. or above 90f she should have heated or cooled shelter or be in the house with you. If she is outside exercising in temps below 32f. she should have a dog coat and booties. Adding a good size solid wall crate to her shelter area will probably be plenty and it is a good idea to have her used to a crate in case she needs to be transported to a vet or stay in a kennel overnight in an emergency. Is she allowed in the house with you? At 4 months I doubt she is reliably house trained and that is something which should be accomplished easily in the next 2 or 3 months but it does require that there be someone home with her to take her out at least every 2 - 3 hours until she gets in the habit of holding it until she is let out. She is developmentally capable of that but needs to be taught. It sounds like you are spending quite a lot of time with her and getting her plenty of exercise and that is vital. Dobies are big lap dogs that like to be right there with you whatever you are doing and it seems like she has that too. Good luck and life with your dobe. They are one of my favorite breeds.
Q: I read this book recently and i got emotional over it. It relates so much to my life and i think maybe i know what my dad was thinking before he died. I was just wondering what was your reaction after reading this short story?
This book gave me lots of hope. I really loved to hear about Sadako and how she folded so many cranes. I wanted to believe that she would finish the paper cranes and she would get better. When she died in the ending it was very sad. Someone with so much hope and motivation doesn't deserve to die. The book also made me think a lot about why Sadako was sick in the first place. She was only two-years-old when the Americans dropped the bomb on Hiroshima, but she was still eventually killed from it. This book shows the long-lasting effects war has on a country and its people. It really makes you think twice about war. I really enjoyed reading this book. It was an easy read that I had a hard time putting down. Every chance I got I read this book! While it was sad in the end, it was great to hear about Sadako's life and how her friends finished her paper cranes for her. The plot was interesting and exciting. I really like the main character too. Sadako was a very brave, strong person that I wish I was more like. She woke up every day with the will to live and that gave me a lot of hope.
Q: how do you say paper crane in japanese?
Origami.
Q: how a tower crane for a high rise building construction is erected?
Depends on the type - if the building is not that tall, the tower crane could be built by any taller crane (either a mobile one or an existing one on the site). If the building is very tall, a self-erecting crane is usually used; this type has a sort of jack mechanism somewhere in the tower (usually near the bottom), so as it is needed, the existing tower can be lifted, and another tower section is inserted to raise the entire structure, repeating the process as needed as the structure the crane is building gets taller (thus, the crane is building itself as it goes along).
