TP5611 FAQ
Q: What about our tower crane's warranty?
A: Usually there is oneyear quality warranty including main electronic parts (not including consumable parts). There are consumable spare parts together with whole machine and normally they are enough for one year.
ith light on tower crane jib, monitor, remote control and anemometer?
Q: What is the function of the monitor?
A: Monitor, namely inspection system (like black box), which could store 10000 tower crane operation reports, and it is recommended to be installed in big cranes more than 16t.
Q: Can you equip with light on tower crane jib, monitor, remote control and anemometer?
A: Sure. All of these could be provided with extra cost upon the clients’ requirements. But according to general practice, remote control is not suggested because most of the operator feedback operation in the cabin will provide a wide working view.
- Q:A site would be nice...
- I just used that poem for a project!
- Q:With hi-rise buildings being constructed left and right, i was just wondering, how do they raise cranes? this has really been bugging me for a time now..
- Tower cranes are usually erected in one of two ways. You could lift the parts into place with a mobile crane with a telescopic boom which is taller than the crane being built. Some people ask why you dont just use the mobile crane all the time, but the tower crane has higher lifting capacity, longer reach and is cheaper. Some tower cranes are assembled at ground level. The long boom, cab and counter weight are assembled and then jacked up off the ground. A small bit of tower is then sliped in beneath the assembly and attached. The crane is the jacked up again and another portion of the tower sliped in. This is repeated until the desired height is reached. The first method is the most common.
- Q:how do you say paper crane in japanese?
- Origami is paper folding in general, whereas 折鶴 おりづる oridzuru means folded paper crane, or in context, people just use tsuru (crane).
- Q:is the elevation of the upper surface of the tower crane foundation flat with the elevation of the bottom of the new building? Or lower than the trough bottom elevation? ThirtyI think this is better. Please specify which specification has the relevant regulations. Which page is it? Thank you very much!
- There is no standard in the tower crane foundation and building foundation, there is no such provisions. In fact, you can do whatever you can. The only factor that can be said is the Design Institute, to see if they agree.Design Institute to consider this problem, generally disagree, you let the two based on the surface flat, because there is a stress concentration problems. It's like a pebble under your mattress. So, in general they will demand based on the surface in the construction of tower crane foundation floor, the middle 30-50cm gap with soil pad.Of course, no matter which of these two methods you have to use the back belt to enclose the tower crane foundation.
- Q:What is the book about? Is it a good one?
- that was a really good book about a girl who gets leukemia and thinks that if she makes 1001 cranes she'll get a wish and live on but sadly she dies. her classmates finish the paper cranes and they made a statue in her honor.
- Q:i will like to crane operator?
- You made a statement, you will like to crane (an) operator. Which operator is it you are going to like to crane? If you mean would you like to operate a crane, that is up to you. If you mean can you be a crane operator, that is up to an employer. You need to be employed as one, and that probably means training and experience before being allowed to operate cranes for him/ her.
- Q:how is a tall crane constructed? how can they put the crane on top of its tall body frame?
- They first construct the top of crane on the ground with help from other mobile cranes. This includes the long horizontal part with the operator's cab, and the concrete counterweight. this is then placed on a climber, with which the crane kind of builds and climbs itself to the necessary height. Every vertical section of the crane is placed in the climber. When the piece is in place, the climber climbs to the top of piece from where the next vertical piece is placed and so on. You can see how a crane is constructed in the website I've cited below:
- Q:What did Stephen crane contribute to history?
- I think his greatest contribution was The Red Badge of Courage. It was the most ealistic portrayal of a Civil War soldier written at the time; so real, in fact, that veterans swore the had fought alongside him during battle (Crane wasn't even alive during the war).
- Q:Is there a crane lifting chart where I can enter info. to determine what size crane I need, if so where?
- Sorry, it's not quite that simple.
- Q:In Scottsdale AZ I have never noticed them before this year. They are on the walls all around our doors.
- cranes leave their habitat because the first reason was the climate , second its mating season and lastly scarcity of food in their habitat during winter .
