TP5611 FAQ
Q: What about our tower crane's warranty?
A: Usually there is oneyear quality warranty including main electronic parts (not including consumable parts). There are consumable spare parts together with whole machine and normally they are enough for one year.
ith light on tower crane jib, monitor, remote control and anemometer?
Q: What is the function of the monitor?
A: Monitor, namely inspection system (like black box), which could store 10000 tower crane operation reports, and it is recommended to be installed in big cranes more than 16t.
Q: Can you equip with light on tower crane jib, monitor, remote control and anemometer?
A: Sure. All of these could be provided with extra cost upon the clients’ requirements. But according to general practice, remote control is not suggested because most of the operator feedback operation in the cabin will provide a wide working view.
- Q: As a building gets taller, the crane is raised. How is this done? And when the building is done, how do they get the crane back down?
- Sometimes the structure of the crane is built onto using the crane itself, building itself into a box. Then the crane lifts itself to the higher level. This can be done many times.
- Q: What makes a crane so strong?
- Cranes are built using a structural technique called a truss which is characterized by looking like a series of triangles connected together. That structure prevents the members from having to resist any bending loads. All of the truss members experience only tension and compression, no bending. That is an extremely efficient structure which is why they can be so strong without being monstrously heavy. Or if you prefer the short answer, engineers make the crane so strong.
- Q: I am writing a short paper on the significance of the white doves and the crane in the book Sadako and I'm really not sure what to say.
- Everyone who folded away 1000 report cranes can be granted any desire. Sadako planned to wholesome once more so that the girl could possibly manage as well as enjoy like before, as well as the girl went after the girl goal along with such willpower which, even though the girl died associated with the girl disease, the girl prevailed within modifying your report crane in a image associated with peacefulness with regard to little ones across the world.

- Q: I started to make 1000 paper cranes to make a wish come true and before I start I have a few questions. How many times can you make 1000 cranes to make a wish come true? Do you have to string them? And how long do you have to make them?
- I think it's a one time deal. You don't have to string them. You have as long as it takes. Look up Sadako Sasaki. She was a 12 year old Japanese girl who tried to fold 1000 cranes while in the hospital in the 1950's. She had A bomb disease, also know as leukemia. She got it because of the bombing of Hiroshima as a baby. She died after only making 650 or so cranes. It's a very good true story though.
- Q: Grade 4 build a working crane Help!?
- Simple crane? Get a spool, maybe one from sewing thread. Attach it to a small base so that it can rotate freely. Put a pencil through the middle tight enough so that when the pencil rotates the spool rotates. Glue a tab on the end of the pencil at a right angle to the pencil so you have a handle. Attach string to the spool and then maybe a ruler or stick to a base lined up with the spool like a crane. Put a couple of eye hooks on the stick and feed the string through so it hangs down at the end of the stick, like a crane cable. At the end of the string put a springy clothspin so that when you pull the string the clothspin opens and closes. Now you can lift and lower the clothspin by rotating the spool with the pencil. Pulling on the string opens the pin to pick up things.

- Q: Does anyone know where I can locate a print or lithograph of the chromolithograph done in the 1850's of William John WIlgus' Ichabod Crane and the Headless Horseman?
- Ichabod Crane, Respectfully Dedicated to Washington Irving. by William J. Wilgus, artist chromolithograph, c.
- Q: How do Crane Motors Work?
- I'm not 100% familiar with this but this should be pretty close to the answer. Simple/standard crane motors work by applying power first through a rotating steel shaft into a gearbox. The gearbox allows the gearing ratio to be changed (to trade rotation speed for torque or torque for rotation speed). Another steel shaft carries the power out of the gearbox, again through rotation, to a spindle (think big thimble) around which steel cable is wrapped.
