Description of excavator:
The two main sections of an excavator are the undercarriage and the house. The undercarriage includes the blade (if fitted), tracks, track frame, and final drives, which have a hydraulic motor and gearing providing the drive to the individual tracks, and the house includes the operator cab, counterweight, engine, fuel and hydraulic oil tanks. The house attaches to the undercarriage by way of a center pin. High pressure oil is supplied to the tracks' hydraulic motors through a hydraulic swivel at the axis of the pin, allowing the machine to slew 360° unhindered.
The main boom attaches to the house, and can be one of several different configurations:
Most are mono booms: these have no movement apart from straight up and down.
Some others have a knuckle boom which can also move left and right in line with the machine.
Another option is a hinge at the base of the boom allowing it to hydraulically pivot up to 180° independent to the house; however, this is generally available only to compact excavators.
There are also triple-articulated booms (TAB).
Attached to the end of the boom is the stick (or dipper arm). The stick provides the digging force needed to pull the bucket through the ground. The stick length is optional depending whether reach (longer stick) or break-out power (shorter stick) is required.

The house is about 1900 sq. ft.currently. We would need to add an egress window but the rest of the renovation could be done fairly cheaply as the walls are set and most of the drop ceiling is already set. - It would depend on location but another bedroom would add value. You could also just refurb it so it is a usable room and let the buyer decide what they can use it for such as gym, home office, play room etc.

- Once again you have not made yourself clear. I believe you are on about the excavator? To de-activate the excavator you have to hack the small computer placed around in spawn. If the computer/controller is flashing green its indicating that it needs to be disabled. Be careful though. When holding the hacker you will not be able to breath in open zones with no oxygen. I want to see what someone that really knows about this subject says like a landscaper or excavator. My backhoe (Case 780CK ) front bucket hold 2 yards of dirt which is about equal to 2.5 tons of dirt. 1 Yard weighs about 2400 pounds. We put 2 buckets at a time on the dump truck.

- I don't know what an in ground pool would cost but if you are looking to save money try looking into on-ground pools. They are pools almost like an in ground pool but it has about a foot and a half out of the ground. If you want to make them look better you can put a deck up to the pool and it looks just like an in ground pool. I think that it is just as good as an in ground pool but cheaper.
