- Q: ok I know i have seen this question before but everyone keeps comparing it to sand. Well after this stuff dries it is solid and not like loose sand at all. So i guess my question is has any one used this and have they had any problems with it? - Q: so i was out in the middle of the woods and saw this hitachi excavator; ZAXIS-3 series Short rear-end swing versionanyhow i started it for fun. then i tried turning the key off and i took the key out and it wouldn't turn off the engine it kept going. so i tried everything with turning the keys and i tried taking off the batteries but they are locked in this door thing so i can't get to them. how the hell do i turn this thing off. i found an emergency shutoff switch but it was broken.how long can it idle before something happens. will it blow up after a week? or run out of gas (it had a half a tank left)
- Too Funny, Personally I'd just let it run till it ran out of fuel, teach the idiot that left it there with the keys in it a lesson, But to answer your question it will run till it runs out of fuel weather it be 6 hours or 6 months, or till a mechanic gets there and figures out what some dumbass operator has done to disable the fuel shutoff solenoid, If you want to be a real pain in the @$$ behind the seat is the fuse panel, pull all the fuses, if that doesn't shut her down the dumbass operator has this poor thing rigged in such a way its best if it were just burn to the ground, guys a hazard to himself and anyone working around him. the fact the emergency fuel shut off is broken tells me that. Oh and if you want it to run out of fuel faster give it full throttle, wont hurt the engine at all, that's how it was designed to run

- Q: I need to build a bridge to open up a pasture. It was be traveled by horses and people. I am thinking of three ways to go about it. 4 concrete footers (2 on each side of the stream), 2 6x6s and several 2x6 for the slats. Or, the same thing but instead of the 6x6s, use steel i bars. And finally, find a culvert and have it put in as the final thought.To give you more information on the setting, the span is about 10 feet long and I would only need it to be about 6 foot wide for this purpose. The water does get pretty high during heavy rain, but never exceeds the banks, even during major floods. Most of the time it is a trickle. Banks are around 4 foot high. I have no idea where I can get i beams or culverts big enough for this gap. Also, not sure what the best method is. Would like to avoid culvert because I would have to contact the township and hire an excavator. A bridge I can most likely do myself.Any ideas are GREATLY appreciated!!
